the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows
not cleaning the room every day is disgusting for the price paid, the story that they are helping the enviroment is just outright lies.

We were there during a heat wave and they had AC. It really saved us.
Our hand soap was empty when we checked in and didn’t get refilled for two days.
The breakfast was good but lacking the homemade items that we had in other places we’ve stayed in Europe.

The hotel is very well located for a visit to Heidelberg, modern, comfortable (air-conditioned) and smart. The breakfast was very good.
The access is difficult in the one-way system and the public car park is 5 minutes walk. The hotel is relatively expensive and charges extra for the parking.
