Very clean hotel with individually decorated rooms. Beds were very comfy with an excellent bathroom & shower. Staff were very friendly, professional & helpful.
Great location very close to the centre and walkable.

The only negative thing was a loose toilet seat in our bathroom, which I forgot to mention !

Easy to find with clear instructions, although the reception staff indicated on the day of our arrival that they would be leaving early,meaning we had to retrieve our key from the locker provided. Room was very clean and breakfast on both the mornings of our stay fine. Easy to walk in to Heidelberg Old Town from the location.
Our room was quite stuffy and although it had a fan,we couldn’t leave it on overnight which meant we did not have a great night’s sleep. (Note - this was not during a particularly hot period - the temperature outside was 22-24 c)

It was a clean, nice and easy property. The property had an elevator, the bathroom was clean and functional. The room had a fridge.
It wasn’t a value for money! For 100Eur a night, the room (#33) was exceptionally small, just enough to walk inside. Like living is a clean closet. There was no air conditioning and fan was just circulating warm air. If you want to open the widow to get cool air, you must open two widows (very odd design) and both open inwards, right above the little bed so you can’t really get up, without worrying about getting hurt.
First they forget to send me the entry code to the property and then they were absolutely non-
Responsive. There was no way get in touch with them. So one had to wait until someone came or in my case I called the booking.com customer support, who provided me the details. I finally received an email from the property at 8:00pm.
