Sophie at the front desk was great! We had upgraded to a suite and it was very nice
It would have been nice to have a better area to sit in in the living area - chairs were not comfortable so we rarely used that area unfortunately

The location of the hotel was nice. You can walk to the historic area in 15 minutes via an easy route. There are markets nearby.
We were told that our room would have a king-size bed, but there was actually a queen-size bed. There wasn’t even enough space to open two cabin-sized suitcases. There was someone else’s hair on the bed covers. It hadn’t been cleaned properly. When we first entered the room, there was a strong sewage smell. We told the staff that we wanted to change our room, but they didn’t do it. Although the check-out time was 11:00, when we tried to get back into our room at 10:50 to get our luggage, we found that our key card wasn’t working. The staff said the system blocks the cards 15 minutes before check-out. There was someone at the reception who didn’t speak English, so no information was given to us at check-in. In short, this is not a hotel I would choose again.
