Spacious, comfortable and clean room

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the city center with a tram station just in front of the door.

A Wonderful Hotel

Everything. A spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed room in a very nice building. This is one of the nicest hotels that I've ever stayed in, at a reasonable price. The feng shui was perfect. I just loved it and I would be happy to return.

Great hotel with comfortable spacious rooms

spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom with a bath and lovely bath products. Close to the city centre and plenty of choice of restaurants and cafes.

The restaurant/cafe is only open during the day time.

Surprising Great Hotel

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Shower has pressure. 35min along the shopping mall to the castle; very easy walk.

a ok location, bad breakfast and beds.

A good location, but was pretty noisy in the evening.

We told them that we have a baby so we would like to have less noise room but it was pretty lout outside in the evening cuz this room was close to the street side. second of all is the bed is pretty annoying, baby always sleeps with us but she always fall into between two beds so we tried all kinds of way to make beds solid. Breakfast is not good. coffee is too cheap.

I wouldn't come back because I don't think the price-quality ratio is fair

Large rooms with large windows. Spacious bathroom. Good location with everything you need within walking distance.

The furniture was already very worn, which I would never have expected given the price and the modern building. Unsealed drill holes in the walls are not appropriate. Lots of long hair on what should have been a fresh towel. The price-performance ratio is not in balance.

I would definitely recommend it if you need to visit Heidelberg.

A nice and comfortable hotel. Loved the terrace in my room on the 5th floor. It is very clean. I stayed there before, several years ago, and it still looks new, it’s very well maintained.

Everything was fine.

Very nice hotel!

The hotel it's in a very quite area and not far from the old part of the city. It's pretty easy to arrive from the Station walking or with the bus. My room was nice, comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I had a very good holiday in this hotel and i recommend it! Don't forget to go to the roof where there are tables where to drink something admiring sunset and the view of Heidelberg.

I didn't have any problem with the check-in but the desk office closes at 18, so if you arrive there you need to write an email and they will give you a code.

good location, access to the garage very difficult (there are stairs) and complicated, access to accommodation difficult outside working hours. staff very responsive

I’d stay again

Very clean and convenient location. Walkable to everything in the city.

I wish there had been a mini fridge and that the room could be cooled to lower than 19°c. It was pretty warm in our room at night.

Climate control did not function as expected. It felt especially stuffy at night.

As we arrived at 6:30 pm there was no staff to check us in and we did not see any staff until we left at 8:30 am next morning. In the morning there was no water in the Hotel, so forget the shower and brush your teeth with mineral water. As I called the hotel number, I think that woke up the ‘responsible’ person, who told me that he knew from the night before that there was no water. So, how should I feel as a guest paying 125 Euros a night!
