very comfy beds, great modern bathroom / shower, incredible location
our room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise coming from it throughout the entire night and in the early morning (people drinking, trash cleaners, etc...)

Perfect location in the city center. At a walking distance to the public parking and the cable car station to the castle.
No air conditioning. It was mid-August with record high temperatures. So, we slept with all windows wide open. Hopefully it was pleasantly cool at night.

The location was perfect to meet up with an old friend and wander the city. Everything is close to walk to and enjoy.
The outside has the perfect Heidelberg charm and the inside is upgraded to modern fixtures where it matters.
The beds were very comfortable.
Efficient check-in and check out. The staff is lovely and ready to assist in a minute!
I think normally this wouldn’t be an issue but due to the very hot weather, a second fan might be a good idea for the rooms.
