The room was truly fantastic! High quality and design, very functional and comfortable. I loved the roof terrace and the staff were extremely helpful. Would love to come back whenever I am in Heidelberg again.
There is nothing I'd say I did not like. The hotel was convenient and comfortable to a high standard. The restaurant was closed though, but that just means I'll have to come back and try it as the reviews were very good :)

Great location—in a quiet area but still very easy walk to everything!
Room was very clean and spacious. Our A/C in our room was working ok, but not great. We asked for a fan and they were very responsive.
