Hotel Goldener Falke is centrally located in Heidelberg, a short walk from dozens of restaurants and cafés, and close to several of the city's main attractions, including the Old Bridge, the Church of the Holy Spirit, the Bergbahn to the castle, and Untere Straße. Located on the main pedestrian street and next to the City Hall, the hotel affords beautiful views of Market Square and the Heiligenberg (Holy Mountain) across the river. The daily breakfast is excellent, with a choice of fresh fruits, cold cuts, and freshly baked breads and pastries. I would definitely stay at the Goldener Falke again!

Breakfast was great the room was lovely , a very central location
I consulted with 3 members of staff about booking a Taxi to the Banhof,all three agreed that the cost would be between 10 to 15 Euro.T
The taximan charged us 25 Euro.This represents a gross overcharging on behalf of the Taximan. I would expect the hotel management to recoup a least 10 Euro from the taximan.Furthermore you could ensure that this villainous behaviour ceases by the customer paying the Hotel and the appropriate and fair taxi fare be given to the Taximan.
Our stay at the Hotel was lovely but I certainly would not recommend the Hotel using this villain again
