The staff was very friendly. And the location was nice and the hotel was really spacious and clean.
The air conditioning did not work well, but the staff improvised with a supplemental cooler for our bedroom.

Staff was wonderful. Super helpful land gracious. Location was great. Breakfast was great. Hotel facilities and common areas were meticulous and tasteful. The room was very big and had plenty of charging ports.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly even though outside the room was fine. The room had a stale cigarette smell. That was the only thing that needed improvement.

Very clean.
Thé AC was bot working in the rooms but it was quite nice weather outside ans decided to open the window the whole night.

Modern and historical combination.
Well Bar service, the bartender’s job much appreciated
It was a non smoking suite. But someone smoked in the room. The evidence was the ashes at window inside. The check in was terrible. No smile. No welcome talk. No guidance. Cold like a robot. Not carefully with the coat. TV in bedroom doesn’t work. Room was not organized well.
