Die Kühlung in den Zimmern war nicht gut, hatten da noch Probleme

Location, and the hotel is new. It's a good looking hotel.

Have to say, that the staff should really check by themselves, that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Or maybe it's really that bad They tried to move us to a different room, but the staff at night about 21:00, tried to convince us that it was normal... That it was their technology. If that is true, you should not stay in this hotel, until they changed it. It was so bad, and warm in the room and the floor on the way to the rooms.

Dampfsauna hätte wärmer sein können Wasser etc. im Ruheraum fehlte

Frühstück außerordentlich gut, tolle Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte und super Service. Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Neue, moderne Sauna, toller Blick oben vom Restaurant aus.

Leider drumherum noch Baustelle und nachts durch die direkte Lage am Bahnhof bei offenem Fenster schon etwas laut. Hatten erst Probleme mit unseren Zimmerkarten, aber das zuvorkommende Personal hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir vermissten aber Wasser im Saunabereich.

Arbeite im IT und Medientechnik Bereich und habe es nicht gesschaft den Internetzugriff am Handy oder Notebook einzurichten. Streaming auf den TV hat auch nicht funktioniert! An der Rezeption flapsige Antwort bekommen, als Benutzername hätten Sie ihren Vornamen und als Passwort ihr Zimmernummer eintragen sollen. Das war weder am TV noch irgendwo auf Papier so beschrieben!
