The host lady was super warm and nice. She brought fresh cherries from the garden and served with the nice food for the breakfast. The place is in a quiet area if someone does not want to sleep in the busy side of Yerevan.
The property is under the construction and still needs some works to be done. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Очень классное место, остались только хорошие впечатления. Терраса с видом на город просто супер, в любой момент можно выйти в сад или во двор и любоваться панорамой. Хозяин Гамлет очень радушный и гостеприимный, сразу чувствуешь себя как дома. А его жена Анна готовит так, что пальчики оближешь, еда реально на уровне дорогих ресторанов, при этом всё по-домашнему уютно. Ещё рядом есть хороший магазин с обменником, где даже старые доллары меняют по нормальному курсу, что приятно удивило.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. That's a reason why I would go back. The room itself was clean.
I've booked a room saying: private bathroom. But it wasn't a private bathroom. It's outside the room and everyone can use it. The toilet didn't work that well. The breakfast should have been included but they offered me breakfast for 5 euro so I skipped. I didn't say anything as well. Location is pretty far from the centre but the view is amazing.
