Relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of the old town.

Gorgeous little town house In The heart of Calpe’s beautiful old town. It was excellent value for money.

Decor a little tired in places and basic kitchen utensils.

Cockroaches, place needs renovation

Location is very good, more or less on the border of old town. Quiet for sleeping, close to restaurants. Free parking is possible ca 300 m away in public parking lot (not possible in the street). Quite spacious, kitchen, tv, ac, strong wifi, roof tertace.

Lot of cockroaches and this is big NO for me. Appartment is quite tired, needs renovation and uplift. Sofa in the living room is dirtty, it was not possible to lock roof terrace door. No towels in the kitchen. If you do not take you own carbage out, they threat you with 10 euro fine. Owner collects 50 euro deposit although this is not described in policy on booking.com site.. Demands signing of additional agreement which is only in Spanish. This deposit would be for possible damages. Owner is really rude and inpolite person who does not speak English and demands that all clients should be able to communicate in Spanish. This person does not seem to know basics of hospidality business (he is asset owner). Unpleasant experience.

Great town centre accommodation

Great town centre accommodation with plenty of free parking. Accommodation was spotless and the air con was very welcome

Bath mats for the showers would have been appreciated

Está muy bien situado en el centro de Calpe

Solo había toallas de lavabo en los baños pero no para cada persona y no había alfombras de ducha La limpieza regular y la terraza estaba sucia Todo es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos
