From its ski-in-ski out location to the thoughtful feel at home touches and amenities of this property are hard to beat. Easiest of access to skiing as well as proximity to the free gondola system which connects you to all the action without having to use a vehicle. The property also includes dial a ride service, which provides free transportation anywhere in Mt Village, providing ease of access to all that Telluride and Mt Village have to offer. This four level townhome provides plenty of space and privacy. Starting at the top! Top floor consists of the primary suite providing a private, quiet space. Comfy king bed, gas fireplace, organic linens and towels a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, double sink vanity and freestanding, white stone tub, to soak after a day of skiing, hiking or biking. The main living level is bright and airy, with an open floor plan highlighted with floor to ceiling windows, outrageous views and an incredible living, dining and living area that spills out onto a great deck with gas grill and seasonal seating. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for the best of chefs, stainless steal appliances, and all the gadgets needed to make cooking a pleasure. The dining area has seating for six and a bar top area with seating for four. The space is equipped with great amenities, from the large flat screen TV, SONOS sound system and streaming capabilities. The garage (one space), main entrance and powder room are all part of this great living level, and make for easy living. One level down consists of a greatly equipped den, media area with large flat screen TV, comfortable couch, and lounge chair for relaxed viewing and or chill space. The laundry room is just off of this space, as well as two king en-suite bedrooms. The bathrooms consist of step in shower/tub combo and frameless glass shower and both spaces include private terraces and seasonal seating, as well as built in closet space, top notch linens and high end finishes and touches. The basement level is an outrageous space for fun, relaxation and sleep. For fun there's billiards and ping pong tables, as well as a massive flat screen TV a sitting/viewing area with cozy chairs and sectional sofa, inclusive of a full bathroom with double vanity sinks and walk in shower. A group of 10 of us traveled to Telluride for the first time for my husbands 40th birthday. The house was immaculate, had the most breathtaking views of the mountains, and fit 10 adults wonderfully without feeling like we were on top of each other. The easy access to the free Gondola as well as the ski in/ski out feature cannot be beat. I'm unsure how we'll be able to top this vacation! If you haven't experienced adventure before, we highly recommend Heliskiing with Helitrax. My husband and I got couples massages at Telluride Massage Co. which were much needed after a long week. Chris R. was so responsive and helpful to the time leading up as well as during our trip. If you're looking for a beautiful, quaint town, Telluride is def. it! 12/10 would highly recommend!
