About this house rental
Situated in Vancouver, this attractive house for $149 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to our 1600 sq. ft. fully renovated ground level private 3 bedroom suite. We are located in a Renfrew Heights neighborhood. Walk to Sky train station or catch the transit to visit popular sites or downtown. Two big shopping mall near by. Metrotown and Brentwood Mall. Walk to grocery, restaurant, kids playground and parks. Well equipped kitchen, washroom, internet and a washer/dryer. Less than 10 min drive to popular ethnic street Commercial drive. Where you can enjoy ethnic food. 1600 s.f., 3 large bedroom with comfortable king size beautyrest mattress. This suite has one private three piece bathroom. Living room has a 55' LED TV . Very comfy couch. It has lounge chair for the book lover to cozy up. Complimentary hi speed wifi, cable with Netflix. Free street parking in front of the house and the back of the house. There is absolutely NO smoking inside the house and on the patio. If there is residue of smoke smell in the house, there will be an extra cleaning fee as some of our guest are sanative. This is a great house with gd location. Althought there is a little accident of no hot water, but they did a great job of fixing it in few hours ....

Property was clean and comfortable. We liked that it was a 5 minute walk to the Skytrain station. Grocery store was vlose by as well. There was a nice patio to sit out on after a day of sight seeing.

Property exactly as shown. We were very happy with the space, especially with 2 little ones. Just a note that there is no bathtub so little ones can have their first shower.
Location is great. Easy access to downtown, Stanley Park, airport.

This is a beautiful unit with very comfortable bedrooms. There was tons of space but a few small issues - some of the burners on the stove didn't work and there was minimal hot water out of the taps in the non-ensuite bathroom, although the shower had excellent water pressure and tons of hot water. The first night was extremely quiet but afterward we could hear footsteps and laundry being done until after midnight, and a child running around above us. When I used my ear plugs, I slept soundly. The location is great with free parking and close access to public transit. There were stores close by for everything that you could need. Overall the place is great with some minor issues. I would recommend staying here.

Our family of 6 with a one year old enjoyed our stay at this apartment for one week. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including a high chair and a play and pack for our granddaughter.
It was close to grocery shopping, liquor store, train to go downtown and highways.

Lovely, spacious property with everything required for a comfortable stay in Vancouver. Clean, well maintained place and with good facilities both locally and a short drive away. A perfect place to stay for us as a family and we enjoyed our time there immensely.

Nice location within a short drive of major sites. Large very well furnished rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Weather was unusually hot and the floor air conditioning unit located in the living room was not sufficient to cool the bedrooms.

Very clean listing in an excellent location. Close to lots of shops and attractions while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing worth warning about is that this listing is in the bottom floor of a house so you can hear little feet running around early in the morning :)

We felt this property was very centrally located for our visit. As advertised, it was close to shopping, the highway, and the parking was adequate for our large rental vehicle. Perfect Family Rental In Vancouver
We were in Vancouver for a family wedding, and this house checked all of the boxes we needed. It was the perfect family rental for us, and the VRBO listing was accurate.
The three bedrooms were well furnished. The was a good-sized living room (lots of seating) and an adjoining dining area with a dining room table & chairs for six. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious.
The outdoor patio table and BBQ were a bonus that we made good use of. There's a parking spot at the rear house walkway. The home is located in a safe, picturesque neighbourhood - great for morning and evening walks.
The location was perfect. An easy 5-10 minute walk (depending on who's doing the walking) to the SkyTrain and about the same to a major bus stop. The Second Narrows Bridge/ Hwy 1 is a short drive away and made crossing to North Vancouver and beyond easy vs the Lion's Gate Bridge.
There was a Real Canadian Supercentre near the Skytrain, more grocery shopping and Canadian Tire, etc. nearby, and a liquor store across the street.
It was a good rental experience.

A great stay!
Wonderful stay at this property. Neeta was excellent to deal with, the home was beautiful, quiet, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient for us as was the on-site parking behind the house. Our code did not work on arrival but Neeta was super responsive to ensure we were able to access the place immediately. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!
