Situated in Santa Barbara, this attractive house for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This bright, updated 1920's bungalow is right in the heart of Santa Barbara. Situated a block and a half off State Street just minutes away from some of the best tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, breweries, music venue and museums that Santa Barbara has to offer. And just a short 10-minute drive to the closest beach. We integrated a seamless check-in/check-out process and minimal interaction for your privacy and convenience. The space: Casa Figueroa features a designer's touch, abundant light, and is tastefully furnished - offering all the elements of classic coastal living, inside and out. Relax and enjoy the comfortable front porch or the inviting courtyard with outdoor dining. This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and will sleep up to 4 guests for true hospitality. Santa Barbara is known for its perfect weather year-round. For that reason, we only have ceiling fans throughout the house. Our TV's are equipped with premium channels, streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is also available within the property. The bedrooms are super-comfy and bed linens are plush and cozy. One bedroom provides a king bed, and one provides a queen bed. The kitchen offers dining for 6, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, water purifier, and is fully stocked for today's cooks and family meals. Other amenities include: Portable Bose speaker to sync with your mobile device. Guests enjoy a brick lined patio with custom gas BBQ island, refrigerator & outdoor sink. Patio has a dining table to seat six with a fire feature in the center for warmth and ambiance. Beach chairs and towels also available for guest use. In house washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron, ironing board (both located in the walk-in closet), and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience as are bathrobes. Pets are not allowed unless they are a service animal. There is a $50 fee per animal. If you are traveling with a service animal we will just need to see the proper documentation. Thank you in advance for your understanding! Casa Figueroa is a non-smoking property and available for 3 nights, weekly, or monthly rental. Our home has been meticulously maintained and cared for and we will be staying close by and on-hand for any needed assistance. Health, Safety and Parking 1. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures currently being implemented at this property. 2. This property is being cleaned with disinfectant. 3. Guests are welcome to check-in and check-out without any person-to-person contact. 4. There are no parties allowed and quite times is from 10 PM to 9 AM 5. Upon booking, you will receive a code to unlock the front door. Once inside, you will find a parking permit (to hang from your rearview mirror) on the kitchen table that will allow you to park in the lot across the street from the property. This must be returned at the end of stay or there is a $50.00 replacement fee. 6. Ease of on-street parking

The place was nicely appointed and we had a nice time. However the grill didn’t work. We called the owner and he couldn’t get someone to look at it for a few days but he said he would refund us $50 per day until it could be fixed. Later that week the hot water heater quit working so we had no hot water for two days. Called the owner had someone come out and fix it. The owner said he would refund two days cost because of that. We had to leave two days early due to a family medical emergency. We have yet to receive any refund from the owner, he seemed very nice but the proof is in the pudding. We probably wouldn’t rent from him again.

Two adults each had our own area (bed and bath) but the rest of the house was spacious, beautifully decorated, it suited our needs perfectly. The photos are accurate. Great place for a couple or two singles-

Our stay was just lovely. The house is cozy and super clean and has all the stuff you need for a few days. The best part is it’s literally a block or two away from anything you need… Restaurants, coffee, shopping, theaters, or whatever you’re into in downtown State Street area. The decor is a beachy coastal, everything is nice and light and bright.
Josef the owner was very attentive and checked in with us, and left us a lovely welcome basket with wine and cookies and snacks, along with the parking pass you need for parking across the street.
Although, no parking, there is a small parking lot across the street and it is safe. We were there for a wedding, and we were able to walk to the courthouse, and also to the nearby Inn where the reception was. Great location.

The house was beautiful and clean. There was a nice backyard patio with a propane fireplace and many beautiful plants and a gorgeous palm tree.it was a nice place to have morning coffee. The location was convenient and in walking distance to stores. When we first got there the house was very hot. We turned on the AC which we later found out didn’t work. It was advertised as having AC. After the house cooled naturally it wasn’t really needed. There were fans that helped with cooling it down. The property owner was most communicative the day before and of our arrival. We got a very nice welcome basket. We were disappointed that the neighborhood kitty didn’t show up but we were visited by a possum one night!
Overall a most pleasant stay. We’d definitely book again.

We spent three nights in this Santa Barbara home and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Location is excellent, property was clean, well laid out and the Santa Barbara gift basket was a wonderful treat. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful, clean home close to downtown.

This property was very nice. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The beds were great which is so important when traveling. Plenty of space in the bedrooms for your luggage and clothes. Loved the large kitchen too. Very close proximity to the downtown area. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!!

Nice cottage for two couples with easy walking distance to all the attractions of State Street and downtowns area. Neighborhood around the cottage was mostly commercial but quiet at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is such an easy walk to downtown and grocery store. Great front porch to start with coffee. The beds are very comfortable and big fluffy towels. The kitchen has everything you need. It is very spacious. The living room has very comfortable couches. There is even a small outdoor space with a fire pit table. We would highly recommend this place. Great value.

My husband and I live in Oregon and our friends in Arizona. We used Santa Barbara as a meeting place. We stayed a week at Josef's property and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The large living space had a place for everyone to sit and relax. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a few meals. On the days we did not feel like cooking for ourselves there were many nearby restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible time in Santa Barbara! The home was in a great location for walking to State Street. The home had a large kitchen with everything we needed. Josef was a great communicator and was accommodating of our needs on the day of check in as we had a wedding at the same time.

It was an amazing home in a great location and beautifully appointed. They even had a basket with wine and a few snacks. I haven’t seen that in quite a while. The only negative, which is truly minor, is there was no ice maker, and no ice trays to make ice. It is just nice to have the option. Enjoy your stay, as I truly enjoyed the home.

This property was top notch! The house and outside accommodations were the best. The kitchen was large enough for all to 'hang out' and enjoy cocktails and appetizers. The outside seating and fire pit were great in the evening. This is a 'must stay' place to go to when in Santa Barbara. It is a few blocks off of State Street that offers lots of dining options and shopping. We will keep this VRBO in mind for the next visit, since we have family in Santa Barbara.

This house is a great place to stay to experience Santa Barbara. Close to everything. Easy in and out. The house has everything you need, the appliances are high end, beds comfortable. My only small criticism is that there is not an ice maker, nor ice trays. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great location walking distance from restaurants and coffee. We stayed as 2 couples and it was plenty of space. Large common area and kitchen to relax. There was a welcome basket of snacks and wine upon arrival. Would stay again next time we’re in town.

This is such a pretty house equipped with everything you could need for your stay, particularly appreciated the very generous welcome basket of goodies which was left for us when we arrived, just what you need after a long journey. Comfy beds and the property is nice and close to restaurants and shops so a handy location. Communication with the host was excellent.

The renting process was seamless. Josef was a pleasure in which to work. The home was exactly as advertised, very well appointed. Parking can be a challenge (if you have more than one vehicle),but we were able to work around it. Walkable to State Street and all of its great shops, restaurants and cultural activities. We had the best stay at Casa Figueroa. Parking and check in were extremely easy, and the house itself is adorable, meticulously clean, and beds were comfortable. An adorable basket of goodies at check in as well! We had one minor issue with laundry and Josef was extremely apologetic and helped us find a quick solution. The location is incredible - minutes from everything and walkable to boot. We will absolutely stay at Josef’s place again next time we are back in Santa Barbara!

This pretty little house features generously sized and comfortable rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen and a comfortable urban yard, where we grilled and ate. Perfect for two couples. The location is just two blocks to State Street, the exciting and beautiful main street of Santa Barbara. Excellent off-street parking in a lot across the street, and available, time-limited, on-street parking was helpful. The owner, Josef, was a pleasure to deal with both before and during the booking.

Stayed 3 nights in this great little bungalow in Santa Barbara. Josef is an incredibly attentive and welcoming host. Very clean house and has amazing attention to every detail of what you'd need for a perfect stay in SB is all there for you. The proximity to state street is ideal. I would only dock a 1/2 star from the location as it's across the street from a auto body shop, but everything else is honestly perfect. Would highly recommend!

Two living room seating areas and large gourmet kitchen with island seating. Five minute walk to State street and 2 min walk to Ralph's grocery store. Superb location!

We have visited SB many times and have stayed at many different accommodations (hotels, townhouses, vacation homes, etc.). Josef's home was definitely the best. To start, we were greeted with a Welcome Basket of various goodies. The home was very comfy. The beds were great. The kitchen is fully stocked with about any kitchen appliance ever needed. The backyard has a wonderful area for relaxing and sitting around talking about the day. Plus, there is a gas BBQ for cooking your favorite foods, a frig for your beverages, and a gas fire pit table to stay warm on chilly nights.
As for communication, Josef was fantastic. We experienced an incident that required Josef's attention. While he was out-of-town, he coordinated a contractor to fix the issue and it didn't interrupt our stay.
Additionally, you can't beat the location which is walking distance to State Street where there are many shops, restaurants, and wineries.
This house is quite the gem and Josef makes your visit special. Enjoy your time.
