As we were so welcomed to Park City, we welcome you to our townhome and hope you enjoy our welcome gift to you of a bottle of wine, clean mountain air, and the hospitality of Park City. We started coming to Park City for the cycling, hiking, and relaxed environment that this wonderful town offers. After going through a complete renovation in 2019, we're happy to be managing this property on our own and hearing all the fantastic travel stories from our guests. We hope to welcome you and share our home and insights to make your stay a memorable one! We are constantly upgrading and adding additional amenities as recommended by guests or adding things we would want in our own home! SUMMARY Location, Location, Location! Whether you’re in town for world-class skiing, mountain biking, hiking or up for some celeb-watching at the Sundance Film Festival, this fully newly renovated (as of September 2019) 3BR townhome puts you in the center of all the Park City action. It’s just steps from Main Street and a mere few minute walk to Town Lift. Whether your hitting the lift for a hike around the Silver King mine at the top, or a day of skiing, you're always just minutes from home on Park Avenue. Hungry or thirsty? You have High West Distillery just a few doors down, Divanza's Pizza, and a wealth of other restaurants on Main Street. Eat there...or bring it back...the short walk will ensure your meals are still hot. This spacious home has 20 foot vaulted ceilings, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space for the whole group! THE TOWNHOME: Recently fully remodeled as of September 2019 by a local designer, the Motherlode townhomes are located on a quiet block of Park Avenue, right in the heart of Park City! This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse is steps to everything in Park City -- one block from Main Street (dining, shopping, arts, and nightlife), and a snowball's throw to Town Lift at PCMR! *** The Townhome will allow for full privacy for 3 couples, but is capable of accommodating 11 through a mix of kids or single adults willing to compromise a bit of sleeping privacy by using the sleeper couch. No need for a car while you're here, but if you do have one there's a 2-car garage, as well as additional onsite parking. We've even seen one guest park their Escalade in the garage! With the high ceilings, comfortable couches, fireplace, flatscreen tv, and cozy armchairs, you'll feel right at home in the living room with your family/friends! Fuel up for your time on the mountain in the attractive kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Sit down for dinner together, telling stories about your outdoor adventures around the 8-person kitchen table. Visit Deer Valley and Park City Mountain for amazing skiing. See where the gold-medal magic happened at the Utah Olympic Park. Park City is home to fun summer activities too, like white-water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and riding the alpine coaster. GETTING AROUND Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The Main Street and Old Town areas are very walkable, so you can park your car and leave it.

Nothing bad to say about our stay at this place! Unbelievable location, made it incredibly easy to take town lift to mountain, rent gear, and ski/walk back to the property. Shopping was wonderful and restaurants and bars had something for everyone! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a homemade Super Bowl meal, comfy beds to sleep in and all shampoos, soaps etc included! Jeff was easy to work with and communication was great. Only tiny suggestion would be for there to be boot warmers and maybe a Bluetooth speaker, but we figured it all out without those items. All in all, we look forward to renting again with Jeff!

There is probably no better location than this place. Super close to Town Lift and High West and yet, just far enough into residential area that the evenings are quiet and virtually no street noise. There is also a quick passthrough to Main St and the Transit Center which makes you feel that much closer to all the action. For how good the location is, we felt is was a solid trade off between price and quality of the rental.
The rental has been updated, but feeling a little worn. Mold in the primary shower, some blinds didn't work or would fall off. Garage would barely fit our mini-van, (essentially kissing the back wall/laundry and the garage door. You really don't need a car when staying here, but our group had 3 for various reasons. Street parking was hard to come by considering many spaces (including the one reserved for our unit) were not plowed. Street parking passes were provided, but we still got a warning ticket which was confusing. The heating was as others have reviewed, super warm on the highest floor and cold on the bottom, but the ample space heaters did the trick. They could replenish or upgrade amenities for the price you pay like more bath and dish towels.
A welcomed surprise was that the unit had a kids high chair and pack-n-play which we used!
Jeff was extremely communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had. All in all, it was a good stay and we were happy.

Super easy to get to the town lift and everything on Main Street. Jeff was so helpful in letting us store bags before and after the rental. Perfect for two couples (each with ensuite bathrooms) on the top level, and a room for 3 to 5 kids in the basement. The sofa is in a pretty public space, so don’t count on that for an adult.

Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and baking dishes. Plenty of open space for large families. Easy access to public transportation, and great shopping on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends of 30 years traveled to Park City for an annual girls get together. The five of us slept comfortably in the three bedrooms.
Highlights:
- Ample dining space and lounging space
- Well-stocked kitchen
- Provided amenities like dish soap, laundry soap and shampoo/conditioner as well as extra toilet paper
- LOCATION! Everything was steps away, whether we were headed to the lift or into downtown PC.
Highly recommend the property and the owner was well-communicative.

This home is in an excellent location and provided plenty of space for our party of 8. We were thankful for the garage parking and close walking proximity to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

My wife and I invited 2 other couples to stay with us for an early Spring skiing vacation. The property was perfect! The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space and all equipped with TVs. The bed in the master bedroom was wonderful (more comfortable than my bed at home).
The large kitchen was nicely appointed with everything we needed to cook hearty breakfasts and fancy dinners. On the nights that we went out to eat, we were close to a large number of great bistros.
On the days that my wife didn't ski, she was in shopping heaven, with all of the great shops in downtown Park City within walking distance. As for skiing, the Town Lift was a 3 minute walk from our front door.
The living room was comfortable with a huge TV that we watched the NCAA final 4 basketball games on early in our stay, and Masters golf later in the week.
I highly recommend this property, and will book it again!

From top to bottom this experience rates a 10. Location couldn’t be better! Access to ski rentals, lift, dining, shopping… it’s all just steps out the door. Property is fun, clean and well equipped with everything you may need. Communication with owner was top notch, quick and accommodating when we asked for a couple extra hours in the garage after we checked out. Thanks for that Jeff! Highly Recommend this property and hope to return sometime in the future!

The good: beautiful kitchen/dining area, wonderful living room with fireplace, comfy beds and linens, lots of bathrooms, 2 minute walk to town lift, 1 minute walk to Main Street, great owner.
The bad: cold in downstairs bedroom (but space heaters work great), no firewood provided (but only $8/box at supermarket and one box lasts one evening).
We prepared every meal except for one night out of seven and absolutely loved the kitchen. It has everything you need (minus spices). The dining table was perfect for our group of 7 and fits 8, with 4 additional bar seats right next to dining table. The lounging in the living room was 10/10 - comfy couches/chairs, great fireplace, big TV. Ski access was great - short walk down to town lift, and at end of day can walk down two flights of town stairs from quit n' time, or can walk up from town lift (I found it easier to walk up). Great owner - accessible and responsive.

Lots of fun and laughs enjoyed by all during our stay. Condo layout is perfect for multiple family members and all ages. Skiing back to the condo at the end of the day can be a bit tricky for younger skiers.

This is a first class propery with the best location in town. You are off the main drag but less than 100 steps from it and a couple of restaurants. The condo is homey, well appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need but food and drink. Our group was 6 but could have easily accomodated another 4. The beds were great,too. Internet and tv service was good and trouble free. We would love to stay here again and enthusiasticly recommend it. Be advised there are lots of stairs.

Great place for our summer stay! We took evening walks to Main Street before bedtime and slept pretty well after busy Park City days. Our host helped figure out parking when the permit wasn't there upon arrival, and that was dropped off shortly. The multiple levels was a bit tricky with a toddler and infant, but super spacious and we made it work! Would book again without hesitation.

Great weekend with friends
Awesome place! Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms were very nice, plenty of space for hanging out when we were recovering from all the fun activities in the area. The listing claims you are right by the Main Street but I didn’t fully realize how close it is to everything until we got there. Super convenient. Host was very responsive and resolved all questions immediately.

The location was perfect! No stairs to get to Main street, just a short walk down the street. The place was clean and well maintained. Everything needed was provided. We enjoyed our time! Note-there are a lot of stairs and may not be best for the elderly.

LOCATION
This property was perfect for our 2 families. We cooked many meals and had plenty of room to relax. Skiing access was easy. We will definitely stay here again. We had some confusion with the door code and Jeffrey was prompt and had a new code in a matter of minutes.

Amazing location!
This property was the PERFECT location right in town. It was ski on and ski off but we just walked to the i town lift which was a block away. Jeff was great and got us a pack and play for our 10 month old which was perfect. Jeff overall was very responsive and a great host.
There were some annoyances that do not lower the rating but renters should know. There’s only 1 zone for heat and AC so the upstairs gets extremely hot while the room on the first floor was freezing. There are space heaters but even so the person staying there was cold, while upstairs we had to open windows. We also planned to cook based on the description we received of the property. Beware that the kitchen is clean and empty of all condiments and spices. We ordered groceries before we arrived and put in a second order for salt, pepper, and other condiments. There was also shampoo in the bathrooms but no body soap so we had to order that as well.
In general there were some minor things that were a little annoying but the place was clean, perfect location, and the host was excellent. Deserves 5 stars.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this vrbo for a bachelorette party. The location could not have been better and the space fit all 9 of us comfortably! We are very pleased with our rental and would recommend it for anyone staying in Park City!
