Located in Dillon Beach, this charming house for $369 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. * Open concept 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, which can accommodate 6 adults * Sleeper sofa in family room with queen pull out bed * Partial ocean views from upstairs loft, guest bedroom and kitchen nook * 6-7 person jetted hot tub * Master bedroom is downstairs with a king-sized bed, 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen beds * Floor to ceiling rock gas-fireplace with intimate seating for conversation and your favorite glass of wine *3 sets of double french doors in kitchen, family room and master bedroom that opens up the house to the fresh ocean breezes *Chef's kitchen with a 6-burner gas range, pot-filler, double wall ovens, Keurig single serve and Cuisinart automatic drip full coffee pot, a large microwave drawer, a large granite farmhouse sink with instant hot water for tea, and a spacious granite island with barstool seating * Whole house water filter with a reverse osmosis system which provides excellent drinking water for drinking and cooking * 2 heated outside showers. 1 on the deck next to the hot tub to rinse off all the sand from the beach, the other one next to the back door entrance * 3 full bathrooms. The 2 downstairs bathrooms have 12" rain shower heads and a hand-held shower wand. Upstairs has a tub for soaking * 75" flat screen smart HDTV in family room with sound bar and bluetooth speaker table * 50" flatscreen smart HDTV in all bedrooms * Pool table and hockey table in upstairs lofts Guest access smart lock keyless entry Follow the lit path towards the back door. On the back door we have a keyless smartlock, enter your code to open the lock. Keys to the front door will be waiting on the kitchen counter. Other things to note Parking is not allowed on the street and will be towed at guest's expense. There is room to park 4 cars in the driveway. Wifi is available and all tv's are smart tvs. You will need to use you own accounts to sign into the apps such as netflix, hulu, etc . Cable is not provided.

We had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and a great location. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is one shower in the hallway downstairs that leaked water when used. Just wanted to mention that.

We stayed here for a couple nights as a family and had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and perfect for a family of 4, and the location was great. Easy access to the beach and a nice warm hot tub to come back to. I highly recommend this property!!

The house was great - well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach access at the end of the street, hot tub, etc. My wife and I loved taking walks on the beach each morning (met lots of friendly people and dogs). It was dark and clear enough one night that we got some excellent pictures of the Milky Way, too. We would gladly visit/stay again.

We were looking for a place to get away and relax for a few days that was close to the Bay Area and this place fit the bill. Easy to get to in beautiful area. The house was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved playing cards on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub for those foggy evenings. Easy access to Point Reyes and Tomales Bay for oysters and cheese tasting and Bodega Bay right to the north for beautiful hikes. Great getaway with all the conveniences of home.

Spent my birthday weekend at this home with our friends and their children. For a beach house, we thought it was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and loved the layout. Just a short walk from the beach with an awesome hot tub, it made for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back here again.

This is a modern home with many amenities including a hot tub, gas fireplace, and pool table. We enjoyed the window seat with a sliver view of the ocean. It’s an easy walk down to the beach or to the general store. The owner, Linda, was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Beautiful, clean, great features, close to beach, and host was professional and kind. Already reserved our stay for next year. We went during the off season in December. For those going to the beach on the regular during the summer, there are literally two exterior showers and three interior full bathrooms. Perfect for rinsing off the sand before getting back inside. Same with using the hot tub. The design of this place is outstanding, and all the features work well together. Be aware there is sometimes no cell coverage here, so you will need to ensure you get the directions before you arrive. Linda was great about getting us the information we needed in a timely manner and answered all our questions.

Super clean and beautiful- Everything was great about the property- location, amenities and all the details. Would have liked soap in the showers and some glass dishes and stemware. Hard to drink a nice Sonoma County wine we purchased locally in a plastic glass- so we ended up purchasing wine glasses. Thank you for sharing your home= we had a great time.

Pros: Great place near the ocean with a clean and bright vibe. State of the art kitchen, fireplace, and heating and AC system. We had a fantastic time renting this place. Cons: The doors are a bit complicated to use, the small room (small door) near the air hockey table is a little strange and hand soap dispensers could use a slight update. Overall: Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach house rental at Dillon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The decor was lovely, beds comfy, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach with great tidepools! The kids favorite feature was the hot tub...the adults favorite feature on cool days or chilly evenings was the fireplace...toasty at the touch of a button!

This property was just right for our family. A morning at the tidal pools and the beach was followed by fun in the hot tub. The air hockey table led to family competitions. A plethora of secluded sitting areas in the house were perfect to sit with a grandchild or curl up with a good book. And cool, foggy evenings in front of the fire capped off fun days!

This house is in Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House is new and clean. Great place to cook meals together while the kids play games. It’s an easy walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Would definitely come back.

This property was everything we needed for a quick getaway to the coast. It was extremely clean and a close walk to the beach. The pool table and hot tub were great to use after a full day at the beach. We have stayed at numerous properties in Dillons Beach and this was close to the top of our list. I would definitely book another trip here again.
