Situated in Santa Fe, this attractive condo for $412 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Perfect Santa Fe retreat just a short 4 block stroll to the Plaza. This contemporary stucco townhome on Sunset and Artist Road is perfectly located to all the shops, trendy restaurants, museums and amazing galleries. In keeping with the Santa Fe Style all new furniture, rugs, art and fabrics from around the globe have updated this 2380 square foot 3 bedroom 3.5 bath property as of August 2021. The main floor has high ceilings, hand plastered walls, concrete floors, a double-sided gas fireplace and tall windows that bring the outside in. The kitchen on the main floor displays granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a fully appointed kitchen. The main floor dining table seats 8 and the adjoining alcove has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. There are two doors leading out to the wrap around flagstone patio that has three beautiful aspen trees, patio furniture and a grill for outdoor entertaining. Two onsite parking spaces and street parking as well. The second level offers two bedrooms. The primary king bedroom has a wonderful spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage as you gaze up on the panoramic sunrise Sangre and sunset Jemez views. The in-suite spacious bathroom offers both a steam shower and jacuzzi soaking tub with a large sink for two. The second queen bedroom with in-suite walk-in shower bath also has a smaller connecting deck for your outdoor enjoyment. Back to the main level and off the kitchen is a private door leading you to the a fully functioning Wi-Fi enabled office space with printer and scanner. As you walk down the steps from this office area to the third bedroom with a king bed and in-suite walk-in shower bath, a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, wet bar and coffee pot accommodates your immediate needs. This third bedroom can be used as a private studio as there is an additional door on street level that allows you private access. Just a beautiful home...Very, very nice residence easily sleeps 6...description says .4 miles from the square. It's actually closer to .6 but you'd never want to walk it as it is very hilly...after walking to the square and then all around the square for the day, you'd never want to have to walk uphill to this beautiful villa. I believe it's a great place to stay but don't think you're going to walk to the square...It was very convenient to shop the square all day and then only have a 3-4 minute drive back to this Villa. I've stayed at a few other places in Santa Fe and this was definitely the best place we've ever stayed.

Lovely condo about half mile from the plaza. Everything was clean and the condo was well stocked for anything you might need during your stay! Very nice that is a 3 bedroom with three connected full baths for each room. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed at a townhouse unit on Sunset St that was absolutely delightful! Before we walked inside the gracious front door, lights were left on and thoughtful instructions for making our 5 nights in the home perfect. The decor and the home itself were top quality. We lacked for nothing - paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, soap, cleaning products, etc. As a party of 4, we had so much space to spread out and relax. My favorite spot was either outside on the patio listening to the birds, or curled up on the couch reading a book. On our last day we were treated to a thunderstorm and rain --- it became the official Nap Day! Thank you for making our visit to Santa Fe extra special!

This is a superior property in every way. The location is just perfect, the area is very quiet, and the property is beautiful. By far, the nicest, most well appointed and furnished VRBO I have ever stayed in. The linens/towels/bedding were of excellent quality. The kitchen had every gadget needed, and was large and perfect for cooking. The outdoor grill worked beautifully. The layout of the home was perfect for us - the bedrooms well spaced out, and the main floor had an o-en floor plan with lots of seating. The location to downtown is perfect - a couple of us chose to walk downtown, and several opted to drive (2-3 minutes). There wasn’t a single negative about this property - they deserve a six star rating!

Absolutely beautiful home - well equipped and then some. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, supplied with lots of little things like spices and such. Plenty of towels (more than most supply). A/C for lower studio bedroom is a little hard to get the room really cool. Cool enough but if you are one who is hot all the time? May not be cool enough for you. Outdoor spaces were delightful. Would definitely book this one again!

Everything about our stay was 4 Stars! The cleanliness was impeccable. The extras were everywhere: each room was decorated to the highest level with art and amenities to bound. The kitchen was so stocked that it even had a food processor, two coffee makers, and every cooking tool you can imagine. There was plenty of room for the five of us. This was the most luxurious and yet comfortable house we have stayed in!

Great Location - 15 min walk to Plaza (only a small few hills)Beautifully appointed condo. Every detail of decorating was thoughtful and interesting to view - museum quality art everywhere.Kitchen is fully appointed from cloth napkins and place mats to cookware and dining and glass ware. We made several dinners w no problems and breakfast each day. Living and patio areas provided plenty of space to spread out and read, relax and enjoy some down time.Bedrooms- All mattresses and linen comfortable and excellent quality.Large King Master Suite downstairs has more physical space but less spacious bathroom. Morning light does come in the high story windows as not all windows have shades,Upstairs King Master suite is cozy and dark. Separate Large bath and closet area. Private patioUpstairs Queen suite was also comfortable for a couple and nicer bath than downstairs. Private patioWe thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and would come back again.

We LOVED the unit- Def plan to stay there again! But the property management company in Santa Fe was sub-par. We had issues getting access to the unit when we first arrived. It was during business hours, so we called the PM office and no one answered. Left messages; no one rang us back. We finally went to the office as it was getting close to EOD, there was no one in the office, no Emergency Number posted to call. Finally a woman from the company showed up, with minutes to spare before closing time. She helped us get in, but had a lot of attitude towards us. Unacceptable customer service. We had a great stay but our experience with the PM Company left a lot to be desired.

The property is set up for 3 individuals/couples who want their own private sleeping and bathrooms. It is exactly what we needed. Plenty of sitting and dining places. Comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy...the cooling was individualized for each space. The kitchen is well equipped.

Great visit
Staying here was very lovely. The space is quite large and accommodated our group of 5 easily. The amenities were nice and it was quite central to most places we wanted to go. Check in was easy and any communication with the property managers was easy as well. The only downside to our stay was that the outdoor furniture on the ground floor has been left uncovered and was quite wet and mildewy; we didn’t get a chance to use it because of that. Otherwise, would happily stay there again!

We were three lifelong friends spending a week together just for fun in Santa Fe. This property was everything and more that we hoped it would be, extremely comfortable, beautiful, and very well appointed. There was absolutely nothing we would change. I can’t recommend this lovely condo highly enough, you will love it as much as we did!

This home was an excellent choice! It was immaculate, was well furnished, and had all the basic necessities to help kick start our stay. Location was great... was close to downtown, grocery stores, casual shopping etc. We would certainly consider staying here again!
