Great location and clean! You are located steps from the beach and the boardwalk to the pier.

Great location but neeport peninsular there is not a bad location. Plenty of room for 6 people with a couple rooms having private bathrooms which is great. They had all you needed to make a meal and communication was good but delayed as I think they are in another country. Over if I had a big group this is a great spot.

We wanted to spend the Christmas holidays with our grown children in LA and OC and our grandchildren. This home was large enough for all and half a block from the ocean. A Perfect location for all ages.

The location of this house is so great! We are steps away from the beach and only a short 10 min walk to the pier. The house was very clean with plenty of room for two families to share. The house had tons of beach towels and toys for the beach. Also the washer and dryer were new and large to wash all the towels. I would definitely rebook this location.

The property was as advertised--a good fit for our family of 7 and a dog. It has an excellent location a block from the beach, was clean, was well-supplied and everything worked--one exception: the internet was pretty much unusable in the back room (Master Bedroom). A little noisy later at night on weekends as younger renters down the street walk back from a night on the "town". Would rent here again.

House was in a great location. It was amply stocked. Accommodated our family of 12 nicely. Parking for two vehicles was a plus. Only drawback, which was a big one was there was no air conditioning. We happened to stay on a very hot weekend so it is not the owners fault, but had we known how hot it would be inside, we would not have picked this. If you stay in cooler temperatures, I would highly recommend. Since we stayed in the summer, it was unbearably hot and we wouldn’t do it again.

Great upper unit with plenty of space for my family. Loved the 5 beds and 3 baths. Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere. Would definitely rent again.

It was nice to have 5 bedrooms, which accommodated all of us. There doesn’t seem to be a “master” bedroom, so my wife and I took the one in the back that has the deck with the hot tub. The hot tub is a nice addition and alternative to the ocean when it is really cold.
The bathrooms were all adequate, and seem to be fairly updated. However, only the shared bathroom has any size to it. The other two are extremely small and really will not fit more than one person in them at a time. They do need a plumber to visit and fix leakages. Considering the drought that we’re in, the water waste is huge.
The bedrooms are all decorated with the basics, but what is missing in the bedroom we stayed in, the back bedroom, are nightstands and reading lamps. The fan in our bedroom has definitely seen its better days and is worn down from the salty air.
The WiFi is a bit sketchy, especially in the back. However, we found out when cleaning out for checkout that our kids had unplugged what looks like the WiFi booster in the shared bathroom. A sign indicating “Do Not Unplug” would be useful.
There are 2 garage bays, which is awesome. However, the 2nd bay is very short. Our second vehicle is a small Jeep and it wouldn’t fit entirely inside, so we had to leave the garage door open all night and lock the cars. Fortunately, no vandals or theft.
Our biggest issue is the kitchen. It has the bare minimum for any sort of use. We rent a house like this in order to cook meals at home. There are 14 glasses and plates, but none of them are matching, it is just an amalgamation of random glassware, plates and silverware. The kitchen utensils are pretty limited as well. Consequently if you’re planning an extravagant meal or some thing that requires multiple pots and pans, you will be out of luck. Another interesting issue is the cabinets don’t all fully close. It’s like they are warped or the hinges are worn out. In particular, the two cabinet doors above the sink sway open, which is really annoying when at the sink and detract from what could be a fairly attractive kitchen.
My suggestion to the owners would be to invest in matching silverware, plates, salad plates, bowls and cups. It would make for a much nicer presentation to your guests. You can also get a nice, large cooking set for less than one night’s rental rate. Same for cooking utensils. It would really improve the appearance and the experience for your guests.
We enjoyed the week, but would probably look for a different place next time.

This trip was our annual Christmas trip. It started off a little rough when the heater went out. It was freezing throughout the night. I reported this and we were helped immediately. Josh was very helpful and did everything he could do to make us comfortable. He made our stay enjoyable. The home is in a great location and is just a few steps to the beach. We would definitely visit again.

Nice house at a great spot in Newport. Property manager was great to deal with. Will stay again next year.

We enjoyed the house, it is close to the beach. The house could use AC, two rooms didn't have good air flow and the portable ac unit worked, but it was loud to have in your room all night. For a weeks stay, you should supply more trash bags (only 2 provided) soap, and toilet paper. For the price we should not have to buy our own.

This property was nice. The location was fantastic. The hot tub worked and was super fun. The entrance to the hot tub is through one of the bedrooms. So if you’re staying with other people that is unfortunate because you have to go through their place to get there. The washer and dryer worked great. The living area is kind of small and the deck is so small. So if you are staying with 12 adults like it suggests. It would seem a little cramped. The floors were so sandy and dirty when we first got there. And the couch in the living room feels dirty as well. The beds were very clean and comfy. Overall it was a good stay for a pet friendly place. I did not see pet hair or any indication of other animals staying there.

We had such a great time at the beach house that would be great he place to stay in our next trip back right next to the beach and any thing you might need we loved it so clean and enough towels for all the whole time we were there. Great place to stay!!!

After several years of trying to get our family reunion and celebration of 50th anniversary together we finally made it happen. The condo was in a great location and the beach was beautiful. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did have a couple of issues that never got resolved during our stay. The refrigerator ice maker didn’t work and leaked water on the floor two times a day. The shared washer was broken and stayed a lock mode so we were unable to wash our towels or clothing. With 10 family members we ran out of clean towels after 3 days into our vacation. We made several calls to the Vacasa guest 24/7 service number to report the issues. Attempts were made to repair the washer but request for additional towels never happened. It is frustrating to call a customer service line and not be sure if the local representative is getting your requests. I have stayed in several rental vacation homes before this one has the basic no extras.

The rental process was very smooth and the location couldn't have been better. However the house could have been better equipped in the kitchen and supplies were minimal. Although the property management was accommodating to our needs. I thought the housekeeping could have been more thorough as far as floors, fans, and windows. Dog slobber on front windows. All in all this is a good house for a perfect beach access. Had a great time!!

Great location a half block from beach. LOVED the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. LOVED that the table accommodated all 12 of us at once. Lots of storage. Hot Tub was a hit. Washer & dryer was a great bonus. 2-car parking garage was awesome. Nice bedding (One bed was lumpy). WeI’ll be back!!

We loved the location and the house itself. We were bummed about the broken tv remote and broken bunkbed though.
