Located in Destin, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. NON SMOKING/VAPING ROOM - A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking/vaping in the room or the BALCONY too!!! The condo pictured is our 16th floor incredible gulf and and city view from our living room and every room in the condo. Freshly updated with a new suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the master bedroom, renovated shower with glass doors, additional new furniture and a 65" Smart TV in the living room in November 2022. The balcony has a walkout from both the bedroom and the living room. This is the more spacious 1 bedroom unit in the complex that does not have the AC unit on the balcony so all you hear is the waves breaking on the shore. It features a king size bed along with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connecting to the balcony, overlooking the west gulf view of miles of beautiful beach, the City of Destin, Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and the Destin bridge. The unit is ablaze at night with the beautiful lights of the city and the beauty and sounds of the surf at the same time! Watch the dolphins frolic in the surf from inside your condo and still enjoy the allure of the city lights at night. "On the Beach" and is centrally located in the heart of beautiful downtown Destin. Within a few block you will find amusement parks, restaurants, fast food, fine dining, and everything in between. Great night life, countless malls and some of Destin's most famous restaurants are only 1 to 10 minutes away, including our own onsite restaurants. Watch the harbor fireworks from your living room, balcony, or bedroom, when available, unsurpassed views of the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets at the beach or directly from the16th floor. Sundestin Beach Resort provides all of the creature comforts one would expects while vacationing in one of Florida's great resorts. The unit features 2 flat screen smart tvs, a walk-out floor to ceiling glass balcony from the living room as well as the bedroom, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, 2 separate 1/2 baths that adjoin a separate full size shower/tub with new glass doors in a separate room. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with both a drip and K-cup style coffee maker. The window view from the kitchen is the eastern view of the beautiful city of Destin, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Mid-Bay bridge. For those who also need to stay in touch with work, a desk and a 27" computer monitor is also available in the unit for use with your laptop. Camp chairs for the beach, beach bags and coolers are there and ready for your use. PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing a property renovation through early June 2024. For safety precautions, the outdoor pool will be closed. This condo was clean, updated, comfortable, 2 huge tvs, pub height chairs and table on the balcony, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the basic gadgets and tools that we needed. We appreciated the ice maker and the water dispenser on the refrigerator. The view of the sunset was really nice. I was concerned about not being straight on to the water with the condo being on the west side of the building. We still had great views from our balcony. My favorite part was the 2 patio doors to the balcony with one being in the bedroom. We had a perfect week!

The listing was accurate and room was clean with comfortable bed/furniture. Great communication from the owners and check-in process was seamless. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies: bakeware, pans, coffee, utensils and the like but zero extras (spices, foil, etc.). The biggest complaint we had was the giant, high top patio table with heavy, railing height chairs - not a very comfortable space to enjoy the view. Condo is in a great location that was central to many attractions, within walking distance to a few, along with a short walk to some restaurants and shops. Good amenities within the condo - the room and all on-site facilities met our needs for a great week! Great place!

The unit was SO clean! We were very impressed. Please let your housekeeper know! We had an amazing time but I think the time of year we went was the big reason. The bed was very comfy. Any Sundestin employee we dealt with was friendly. We weren’t impressed with the food at the bar and grill but the drinks were great! We would totally recommend this place a great room for a couples getaway!

This place was AMAZING!! The balcony view was absolutely phenomenal! It was beyond perfection clean and the decor was so beautiful inside. Gorgeous natural light coming through the bedroom. I could not say enough about this condo. It was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. We were welcomed with flowers and a goody basket. Updated appliances, clean, comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful view from the balcony. All of the additional amenities in this resort were wonderful. The staff at this resort were all so kind. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay here! The moment you walk into the condo you get this feeling of home. Great views of the ocean and beach as well as a view facing the city if thats your thing. Very comfortable furniture, up to date appliances, and a lovely king sized bed that makes you feel like you are floating on clouds as you sleep. If you are considering renting this property for your vacation or honeymoon as we did, it is well worth every penny!

This location was fantastic. It’s close to restaurants around the area. But our main focus was being on the beach and the view. And boy it did not disappoint. The description was on point! Breath taking views! The condo was so clean and just perfect for our little family. I highly recommend staying here!

Condo was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the unit was decorated beautifully and fully stocked! Would definitely stay in this condo unit again. No complaints at all with this unit; however, the front desk wouldn't let any of the renters check in until 4:00 on the nose (not one minute early), so people were lined up waiting to check in, which resulted in long waits for luggage carts and elevators. Bring a tent for the beach, Sundestin won't let you bring your own umbrella!

The condo is well kept and as advertised in the pictures on line The owner was available by phone. View was great day and night. However this area is congested and there was some noise at night from the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is not the area but if you like being in the middle of activity go for it!

Kirk’s property was immaculate! Superbly decorated and super comfortable for my husband and mines 5 night stay. We loved our huge ocean view off the 16th floor balcony which accommodated a large high top table and high seated chairs that we used all the time! The kitchen was so nice and it was loaded with all that we needed to prep and cook our meals. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back! We shall miss the awesome view and accommodation.

Enjoyed our stay at SunDestin first timers will be back. Saturday more busy could not be on balcony to often we stayed at a non smoking room, but somewhere close was enjoying weed, that is fine but we are just not into it and the smell of skunk was not enjoyable. Luckily we spent most of the day at the beach. But first thing and last thing every day the skunk was strong aroma.

This oceanfront condo was perfect for our five day visit to Destin. Beautiful view, great location, condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described! Loved the layout of sundestin and all the amenities! One rainy day was spent in the gym ,sauna,steam room ,hotubs and relaxing in our beautiful room.

As you walk into the condo you notice the updated kitchen, beautiful tiled floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean where we watched the dolphins and schools of fish swim by. The bedroom was very comfortable as well. The location was perfect!

Wife and I rented this condo to escape the cold. The beaches are amazing. The location was good, but renting a car for the week was key. Bars/restaurants were not within walking distance but the drive was very easy to access numerous bars/restaurants. The condo was super clean and views are unbeatable. If you want a beach vacation, this is a great place to do it.
