Situated in Tybee Island, this attractive house for $229 per night is a great option for your next break. Spring 2024 is almost sold out...let us know if you have any questions but we don't recommend waiting to book. (Even if you don't book our place) There are a lot fewer vacation rentals on Tybee Island due to new City restrictions on rentals. - This is an entire house, not a condo. -New professionally designed living/dining furniture - Xbox One plus many games & wireless controllers - Brand new appliances December 2023 -Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Tybee Island. - 15 minutes to historic Savannah - Brand new 75 inch Vizio Television -5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and Tybee's only grocery store. -Super-fast wifi provided by Xfinity. - High thread-count bedding...not the cheap "recycled water-bottle" sheets from the online discount places. - 5 beds/ 4 bedrooms. House sleeps 10. -Beach towels, chairs (new) umbrella, boogie boards & 2 beach trolleys provided. -Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, modern bathrooms & comfortable beds. -100+ first run DVDs - Atari Retro Game Console with 120 classic games for kids & adults -Open rocking chair porch in the front and very large screened in porch facing east. - All bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -Brand new heating and cooling system. Perfect home for our 3 family units as there were 3 rooms with their own bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Recliners in the living room were awesome. Ample parking at this home. Clean.

Our group of six really enjoyed our stay here at Tybee island.The house was clean and tidy. There were roku’s in almost every room, and a large selection of dvds to choose from. They also provide extra beach chairs and beach toys if you need them. The hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Georgia.

There are so many things I can say about this property and they are all good. I don't have one single complaint so instead I will list what I loved most compared to other places I have stayed. The shower felt wonderful and there is plenty of hot water. The house was spotless, even those areas that sometimes get overlooked. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The king bed was very firm and the other bed was soft so it's easy to have the firmness you need. The entire house was a comfortable 70 degrees so we didn't get hot and sweaty watching tv or trying to sleep. There were no musty weird smells inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Although we brought our own shampoo, there is shampoo and body wash available in every bathroom. The screened porch was a very pleasant place to enjoy the weather without getting eat alive by bugs. Even the outdoor sitting areas were clean. The outdoor storage closet had plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagons and coolers. We brought our own but didn't need to. The outdoor shower was a nice added touch after a trip to the beach. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. I will definitely watch for this property for our next trip to Tybee island. It felt like home.

It was aunts and cousin vaca. ( girls) We enjoyed our selves immensely. Loved the outdoor space we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and being able to take the carts with chairs. ( this was provided by owners) We enjoyed sunrises every morning. Thank you , Doug

Very nice, clean and updated house ~ convenient to the multiple locations on the island ~ this is our second stay at this particular house because we love the layout for our family and it’s location on the island.

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful house on Tybee Island and it was the perfect location for our annual vacation. The house was sparkling clean, plenty of towels for bath and beach (for 7 of us!) and stocked with everything else we needed for the weekend. The addition of three beach buggies and a ton of beach chairs and a cooler was a huge bonus since you're close enough to the beach to walk! Our hosts responded immediately to questions and were so incredibly accommodating to a few requests we had. They also offered great restaurant recommendations for all types of dining that came in super handy. Our stay here really helped ensure we had a memorable and relaxing weekend! Higly recommend this home for your stay at Tybee!

The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. It was perfect for a laid back bachelor party of 10. The hosts were always very quick to respond, and were willing to go above and beyond when we had a last minute issue come up. They were also very reasonable and friendly. We had 4 generations together and the house was perfect! The host was very helpful! A very minor concern was the pictures led us to believe it was closer to the beach. It was, however, within easy walking distance. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend this beautiful place to stay.

Property was spacious enough to take a multigenerational family trip. The hosts were great. The house was close enough to the beach and the beach-theme decor gives you a mental reminder that you are on vacation and you should relax.

This house was in good condition and spacious enough to be comfortable for our group of 4 adults & 3 kids. It was a little farther from the beach than I expected but still walkable. We appreciated the wagons/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards and beach towels. There are no toiletries provided other than a few small bars of soap. There was also no coffee provided. Just things to know when packing! There was an envelope on the fridge that suggested leaving a tip for the cleaner, even though the rental charges already included a substantial cleaning fee.

Great location! House was perfect for our group of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ranging in age from 11 to 5). Access to the beach is from 10th Ave which put us on Mid Beach. We were there for 6 days and never felt the beach was crowded. Doug and Cathy were quick in responding to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. We traveled with our 4 children in ages from 16 to 6 and there were no complaints. Our parents even came to visit for a night and we still had plenty of space. The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There are plenty of beach access roads that aren’t far from the house and an entire closet full of chairs, toys , wagons , cooler etc. We will definitely book this house again. We loved our stay. The home was lovely, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were fabulous! The rental included beach trolleys - that was so thoughtful, and such a difference maker in traveling with two small children, even with the beach just a short walk away. The owner was incredibly responsive and the home’s A/C was unanimously voted Best in Class.

We rented this house over Memorial Day week. Gorgeous weather in Tybee and Savannah during the week. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It comfortably accommodated our family that included my wife & me, our two daughters and spouses, and granddaughter. The open family room was very comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed the screened in outside porches in the front and back. We ate out as well as dined in during the week. There is a large gas grill that worked well for dinners that we prepared. Lots of beach accessories for us to use (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Easy walk to the beach. If coming back to stay in Tybee we would definitely rent this house again!

Our family loved this house and location! The property is very well taken care of and very clean. If you forgot to bring something with you, chances are you will find that little something in the house. Our family will absolutely return to this house if we return to Tybee Island.

We stayed at this property for a Girl Scout trip (4 teenagers and 4 adults) to the Savannah area. The hosts were amazing, and really easy to communicate with. I never had to wait for a response for any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach, and really cute! The location made it really easy for us to get in and out of Savannah. We will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house to be exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect house for two families to stay in - lots of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

We were 6 cousins and 2 aunts and loved the home. Ate take-out on the back, screened in porch, enjoyed the living area that allowed us lounge/chat time together. A lovely kitchen with generous kitchen staples available. Super fast communication and easy check-in. Great job! House is on a quiet street, 2ish blocks from IGA and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants too. Loved our stay!

We were looking for a middle grounds for my daughter and grandkids in GA and our location in S Fla and chose this rental on Tybee. We were not disappointed at all, it was everything we needed and more that what was advertised. It's a great location, very well stocked and clean. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice, well furnished, well maintained and had all the amenities promised plus some extras not mentioned. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house. We had a total of 9 in our group (7 adults and 2 children) and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay at this house again if we visit Tybee Island in the future. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone planning a trip to Tybee.
