About this house rental
Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely house for $575 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **pool heating is available when outdoor temps are above 50 degrees. Pool cannot maintain temps wheb the outdoor temperature drios below 50** Please note that we strongly encourage you to purchase private travel insurance that includes “cancel for any reason” to protect your stay. We will provide refunds or credits outside of our cancellation window only when the island is closed to short term vacation rentals. Travel insurance can be purchased through a variety of vendors including www.travelinsurance.com Located at 1202 6th Ave. Stunning home completed in March, 2018! The home features unmatched outdoor living areas that include a pool, dining, TV, seating, games and more! Beautifully designed/decorated interior spaces, and views of the Tybee marshland that are a must see. The ground floor has an outdoor living area with a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, corn hole boards, outdoor jenga, large 8 person dining table, gas grill, 50 inch cable TV with seating area, extra fridge for additional food/drinks, outdoor shower to wash off after the beach, and of course a private pool that includes a 3.5 foot by 10 foot shallow ledge for little ones to splash around! (Pool can be heated upon request. See below for details.) **please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. The cost is $40 per night and takes 12-24 hours to reach optimum temperature** **please note when temperatures are below 50 degrees the pool may not hold a heated temperature. Please contact the owner for more information. The main floor consists of the living and dining area with a custom dining table with seating for 8, full kitchen with counter seating for 3, laundry room with storage, half bath off main living area, and master bedroom with king bed. Enjoy the large en suite bathroom with double marble vanity, large marble shower, stand alone soaker tub, and large master closet. The main level also boasts a wrap around screened porch that provides expansive views of the marsh, twin swing bed, hammocks, and an 8 person outdoor dining table. The third floor features three queen bedrooms and two full baths. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combination, and are connected to two of the three queen rooms providing two upstairs en suites. These two queen rooms also have a large comfortable chair with marsh views that contain a pull out twin bed. All three queen rooms have wall-mounted cable televisions. Time to Coast is within walking distance of both the south and back river beaches, downtown Tybee, AJs, Stingrays, and three blocks from the only grocery store on the island! This property was spectacular for our family vacation. Lots to do for both kids and adults! There were a couple of issues while staying at the property but Leslie was extremely quick to respond and correct them all. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This place is beautiful and a really comfortable size for a bigger group (we had 6 adults and 1 baby). Really nice amenities from the pool to bikes to a lower level rec area. Also thought the location was great. Convenient to everything on the island but a bit of a quieter end of things. My entire group was eager to come back before we even left.

This was the perfect beach house for our family! Beautiful home and location on Tybee Island. The house was roomy and beautifully decorated. It also had some extra touches that were a plus for our family as we were vacationing with 3 toddlers. Booster seats, small tables, lots of games/DVDs and the screened in porch was a favorite spot. Lot of room and outdoor area underneath the house and the pool area was such a bonus with the little ones. Hosts were great, quick to respond to any issues and went over and beyond to make our stay great. Would definitely rent again!

We had an AWESOME week and the house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in every way.
The house was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and good size bathrooms. We were a family of 8 adults and our grandson (2 yrs) and we spent alot of time at the pool area hanging out and in the downstairs game area which provided hours of family competitions!
Communication with the host was impressive, immediate responses and assisted with one issue we had with the internet being down on the island. Can't thank them enough for the fanstastic time we had creating everlasting memories with our family. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to friends and family. Hope to get back there again.

We had the family there for a week. Beautiful home, clean, decorated beautifully, plenty of amenities. All of the rooms are a good size. Master bedroom, bath and closet are huge! Very comfortable.
All of the outdoor spaces were great and very kid friendly. Pool gate is alarmed so no worries regarding kiddos. Underneath area has lots of activities for all ages and again very safe.
Great location. Can walk to beach and some restaurants. Walk around the block and see unbelievable sunsets! Will definitely go back!

"Time to Coast" is a fantastic beach house for a family vacation. The marsh frontage makes the porch a very nice extension providing nice, peaceful views. The house is well equipped with "extras" (e.g. movies, games, appliances, beach equipment) that really help it feel like home. The owners went out of their way to make our stay great, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation on Tybee Island!

We had four adults and five kids during our stay. The bottom level with all of the games were such a huge hit. The pool was nice as well. We were able to walk to the beach easily and there was almost every beach item provided you would need. The adults loved the screened in porch to hang out. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants and shops. There were even bikes with a bike path just steps away. It fit what we wanted/needed splendidly.

This home is definitely one of the best on Tybee! It is spacious and breezy and clean and so comfortable. Our favorite things were the huge porch, comfy living room furniture and of course the pool. The host could not have been more accommodating, and we appreciated that. Coming from Charleston, Tybee was definitely a quirkier vibe, but it suited our young family just fine. We rode the golf cart everywhere and spent lots of time on the back beaches. One note (not a knock to this property): If you're coming in April, I would check to see if Orange Crush is scheduled during that time. It definitely impacted our stay with traffic, noise, sirens, restaurants/stores closed, etc.

This property was wonderful! The peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful screened in porch with large outdoor table and porch swing!!! The inside was spacious and updated with a family fun lower level and safe access to the private pool. Bikes and beach chairs were available so no need to buy any! Check in and out was easy and Leslie was easy to reach and responded quickly to all questions prior to our trip. There were no issues that needed to be addressed during our stay since the property was well maintained prior to our arrival. I would love to book this property again when I return with my family to Tybee Island❤️

We visited from Virginia, and enjoyed a relaxing week at this home, and were lucky to have several warm and sunny days to enjoy the heated pool.

At night we were able to chill in this beautiful house, cook all together and play tournaments on the foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole and then dive in this beautiful heated pool and enjoy a few cocktails. It was everything we needed for a quick getaway.

Fabulous rental in Tybee - perfect location, amenities, heated pool and more! Traveled with 2 kids - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very modern home with a great screened in patio and fun activities on the pool level. Rented a golf cart at Tybee Golf Carts. Weather was very cool but the kids still swam as the pool was very warm. We will definitely be back and will try and get this same rental.

This is going to be a long review because this is a house we hope to rent for future visits to Tybee.
I grew up in Savannah (left in 1967), and we have been visiting Tybee for 2 - 4 weeks, sometimes twice a year, for over 30 years. We have rented numerous houses and when we find one we really like we try to stick with it. Time to Coast is such a house. After walking by this house many times on previous Tybee visits, we were able to rent it this year, and went ahead and rented it for April 2023 at the same time.
What we liked/enjoyed most about this house:
1. The heated pool. Fabulous. Loved the privacy.
2. The porch bed swing. This is the laziest we have ever been on a Tybee Time visit and the reason is the bed swing. We spent many hours out there napping and watching the activity on the marsh.
3. Comfortable beds. This is important to us.
4. Comfortable indoor furniture and enough furniture so we could have a few local visitors (high school friends) to visit.
5. Decor, upbeat and fun.
6. TV’s in every room. We enjoy TV and after the hostess told us how to access DirecTV, we were set to go. ROKU was great.
7. Grill, clean and worked well.
8. Good Wi-Fi and lots of places to recharge phones.
9. We had a little trouble opening the padlocks and with the dishwasher. The Hostess was quick to respond, which we appreciated.
What could be improved:
1. This house needs a deep cleaning. Generally the bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean, but there are areas that haven’t been cleaned for a long time. We are sensitive to dust and there are surfaces (HVAC vents, bed frames, higher places), and some walls that were very dusty. We just had the feeling that the house was not too clean. Perhaps a power wash of the porch and paint job inside and out.
2. The stove door needs a cleaning. The glass is black with grease buildup.
3. The fans on the porch are black with mold/mildew.
4. The dining room table is sticky, so placemats are needed. Also, a cutting board would have been nice. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked adequately.

We rented this house to stay at during our beach wedding. The property & house was so beautiful with awesome & relaxing views of the marsh. The amenities were great. It was so comfortable & cozy, yet spacious. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Leslie was an excellent host & very helpful. Definitely one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. I highly recommend!

This home was everything we wanted and more!!! Perfect for a bachelorette weekend. Close to the beach and a quick drive into Savannah. Bikes, pool, game room, a wholeee closet full of games, laundry + everything else you could think of this home has. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

We could not have enjoyed staying at this property more! Our group visited Tybee for a bachelorette trip and LOVED how spacious and clean the house was, the screened in porch, the pool, and the ample beach equipment and games provided. Leslie was a great host and responded to all my questions right away. We will absolutely be coming back for another stay! Would recommend this house to anyone.

This house has more than you could expect for a beach rental. The owners did an amazing job putting together a house suited for a group of people from out of town visiting the beach. All bases are covered for you even things you didn't know you needed.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. We especially loved hanging out on the screened in porch and enjoyed playing all of the games on the lower level. We appreciated the bikes and beach equipment for the renters to use and the pool was great! With the location of the house we were able to enjoy all the various beaches that Tybee has to offer. The owner was very responsive and informative prior and during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely rent here the next time we venture to Tybee Island!

Wonderful house!
This was our first time visiting Tybee Island, and this house did not disappoint! Beautiful home, easy walk/bike ride to beach, shops, grocery store. The screened in porch was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed the game room on the lower level! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit here again!

Wonderful house for a relaxing getaway!
My adult family had a great week at Time to Coast! The wrap around screened porch was our favorite spot in the morning as well as for some dinners. We also took advantage of the lovely pool and game area downstairs. Leslie was very quick to respond and helpful with my questions since this was our first time at Tybee. The location was great with easy access to both the main beach and the quieter back beach, and we really appreciated the chairs and wagon. We all agreed we would love to come back and would definitely stay at Time to Coast again!
