Spread over two main levels of space you’ll find seven bedrooms - including three primary suites - gleaming heart pine floors, abundant natural light, and an airy, open feeling. The fully screened porch is ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and just adjacent you’ll find the open-air deck and gas grill. Inside, the open, expansive kitchen features high-end Viking appliances and a huge kitchen island that serves as a buffet and seats five. The dining room table comfortably seats 10, so there’s plenty of space at mealtime. More vacation conveniences include a three-zone AC, a washer/dryer, and two outdoor showers. When it’s time to head out, you’ll be spoiled for choice - spend the morning at the beach, head home for lunch, then stroll the nearby Bethany Beach Boardwalk in the afternoon. If you want to explore a bit further afield, Delaware Seashore State Park is just to the north, and to the south you’ll find Fenwick Island State Park. After a day of exploration, cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace while you watch some TV, pop a movie into the DVD player, or break out a board game. Six TV sets in total, plus free cable and WiFi ensure that everyone will find something fun to do. The night ends in any of seven bedrooms, with six sharing the second floor and the main suite occupying the top floor. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We so enjoyed a week-long stay with 14 of us. The house gave us plenty of room to be together. The house was very clean, and we so appreciated that the house came with linens and bath towels. Great location close to the beach and boardwalk but quiet and peaceful nonetheless.

We had a relaxing beach vacation at this home. There was plenty of space, linens on the beds, bath towels and the kitchen seemed to have everything except a Keurig. There was a drip coffee maker but for some people K-cups are a way of life. We enjoyed the awesome propane grill, extra fridge, screened porch and outdoor shower for a day on the beach. We would definitely rent this property again. Also, not a reflection of the property itself but the linen from the cleaning people from the previous stay was piled in the driveway for the duration of our stay. It wasn’t in the way but seemed like something got missed. Additionally, the next resident’s linen was delivered on Friday night - thrown into the area where we stored all of our beach gear outside. We moved it all in so it didn’t get dirty or soaked.
