Visit Charmie Park not even four miles from your door for 532 acres of picnic areas, hiking trails, and even a nature center. Take day trips to either Thousand Oaks or Los Angeles for boundless options regarding museums, theme parks, shopping, local restaurants, and golf courses. Back at your vacation home, lounge comfortably by the pool after exciting days out and about. When you aren't gazing at the beautiful ocean vista, go for refreshing dips in the pool or soothing soaks in the hot tub. Your own personal sauna is an added convenience you and your guests will adore. Make your way inside to an open-concept living area sporting an abundance of space. Unwind on the furniture there while the group chef whips up anything from a snack to entire feasts in the well-equipped kitchen. Indulge together at the table or dine alfresco to feel the warm California air on your face as you eat. Change things up by searing your meals on the grill as everyone mingles on the deck. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer round out this home's amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! This ace is filthy and filled with bug infestation. Roaches and spiders everywhere. Rat droppings all in the kitchen windowsills. Avery. Asthma place. Crawling all over the floors, live spiders and eat in every corner of every room. We refused to stay even one day at this home The pool was filthy. Our 8 year old son was bitten by a spider in the bunk room after only two hours in the house We Argo call the Mailbu police department to report a dangerous life threatening situation. Because every room was filled with live spiders and bugs. We did not stay at this property. You should not stay at this property.

Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic.
Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day.
That said, the pros outweighed the cons.

The outdoor amenities were amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and spa. The views were also stunning and the property grounds were well maintained. The home on the inside was little dated but accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were a party ten, two families of five aged 10-46. The house has excellent living/lounging space upstairs & outside. No one was crowded. The pool & hot tub were very enjoyable. We hiked the area daily & it was within 20 min of all of our hikes/preserves. The only upgrade suggestion I have is better overhead lighting in the kitchen & dining area. It was a little challenging at night cooking/preparing food. But the house had ample utensils & cooking appliances. We had some questions for Seabreeze & they were so prompt with responses. Appreciated it. Overall, everyone loved the house. Morning coffee looking out over the ocean was a daily start to the day.

However there were some friction points with the management company. #1 the address they provided was WRONG... luckily we were able to reference the pictures and find it. #2, the app that was shared after booking was disjointed and had additional charges for everything from heat, to ac, to pool and hot tub. We would have been fine with the additional daily charge for the hot tub, but it took 3 days (into our stay) to finally get a clear answer on how to enable it... And then they charged 4x the published daily rate instead. Where they should have lead with empathy and efforts to make it easy for their customer, they repeatedly referenced communication that was never actually sent/received.
