The pool heating fee is $95.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A poolside couch on the covered patio provides a shady spot for overview of the pool. The private hot tub is ready for romantic moments with that special someone. Circular cushioned seating in front of a gas fire pit offers views of the outdoor TV and is a wonderful gathering place to chat with friends. There is a gas grill and built-in bar for cooking and dining al fresco. On a cool evening, gather round the natural gas fire pit to share adult beverages and toast special occasions. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
