This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate Group). CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD • If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. • If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (with door to main bathroom) Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed (with ensuite) *Linens and towels provided* BATHROOMS Main bathroom which connects to bedroom 2 (bunk room) with bath and separate toilet. Spacious ensuite off bedroom 3 with a walk in shower. KITCHEN & DINING Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and complete with dishwasher for all your cooking and cleaning needs. Large pantry for those longer stays when you want to stock up for your trip and not have to worry about going to the shops! Coffee pod machine provided. Dining seating for 7 people that looks out to the backyard views. LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT Large cosy loungeroom with a nice little reading corner if you're in need of a quiet afternoon. A Smart TV for all your Netflix needs. WIFI is available at this property. This property has WIFI HEATING & COOLING Enjoy the woodfire heater in the cold Winter months. We have a cassette heating/cooling system for some extra warmth and to keep you cool during Summer, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom. (Please note this property is BYO firewood) LAUNDRY Complete with washer & dryer (dryer is located in garage). OUTDOORS Outdoor seating for 6, beautiful views, beautiful garden, plenty of space. Perfect spot for those warm afternoons in the sun. There is a gas BBQ for your use. PARKING Large garage with 2 car parking, space for 1 more car in the driveway AND a carport that would fit 2 cars. Everything about the property was wonderful except the dishwasher was not useable and there were no dishwashing aids such as scourer,tea towel,dishcloth. Cathy? and Renae? called me about this deficiency and were to discuss a reparation with the owner then revert to me. I have not heard since.

We all had a lovely holiday in Bright. The house and location were perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. It was lovely sitting out the back enjoying the surroundings. It was a great location for our kids with plenty of activities to engage in.

Our first impressions as we walked into the house, was the cleanliness and the bright, warm feeling, that this would be a home away from home. There were many supplies i.e tea/coffee/ tissues, soaps etc. Everything one needed. The layout of the house was excellent along with the lookout. We witnessed a lot of bird and animal life as we sat outside or were inside . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others to select this house for your stay in Bright.

For our group of 6 adults the house worked really with a large spacious comfortable lounge area, great heating, a large fully functional kitchen and undercover parking for 3 cars. Beds were comfortable and the washing and drying facilities were appreciated. Views were lovely and there is a beautiful walking trail along the river to the town centre.

This house suited our family's needs perfectly for a short summer stay. Good kitchen with plenty of pots and kitchenware. Great outdoor BBQ and shaded area. Rooms were generous and comfortable with linen all provided and the house didn't have too many hazards for our toddler. Only things to note, water pressure in some outlets was a bit low and NBN wasn't connected(??).
