About this cabin rental

Situated in Sudbury, this lovely cabin for $97 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a off grid cabin there is no running water, but we do provide 5 gal. Jugs of potable water for cooking and washing, the cabin does have solar power but limited to the amount of sun we receive, there is also an outdoors shower with hotwater on demand( only availablespring,summer, fall). In the winter months you'll arrive too a nice warm fire and additional firewood can be purchased at $18 a wheelbarrow full, There is a cute and clean outhouse behind the cabin. Things we recommend bringing would be slippers, LED flashlight/lanterne, face clothes/towels, peanuts for the Blue Jays 😆 Nice warm bedding and pillows are provided with extra blankets. There is also trails on and off the property for hiking during the warmer months and snowshoe/cross-country ski in the winter. For the avid snowmobilers the trail plan is located near by and accessible by snowmobile. plenty of lakes minutes from the cabin.

A great way to appreciate shooting stars, smell of campfire, nice little nature walk with option of water activities if the lake was warm enough. Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for getting away from the city while being able to be near enough for a short drive. Thanks.

What a wonderfully peaceful retreat Daniel and Stacey have created! The description and pics are exactly as the place is: wonderful! They even picked blueberries from their property and brought them by to gift to us! The little touches make it a comfy, cozy stay- exactly what we needed!

We loved our stay! It was a wonderful little cottage with everything you need. Daniel did a great job at the little touches. There was a light path to the outhouse, a little push light in the outhouse, extra water red t go, etc! The bed was very comfortable and very snuggly sheets! Very comfortable seating area. Kitchen was clean and had everything! The shower was outside, hot and a lot of fun to experience! We really really liked it and plan to come back. Daniel did a great job as a host and made a feel very welcome. His beautiful dogs were friendly and get play companion for our doggy. Provided firewood for a good deal. Thanks again.

My wife and I stayed at Daniel's cabin over the long weekend and no amount of words can justify how great and memorable our experience was. Firstly Daniel provided simple instructions to get to the location. The check in process was so seamless and easy as well. However the real highlight was the whole property - right from the cute, comfortable and secluded off-grid cabin to the serene porch and the garden. It's also located not far off from the beautiful Horseshoe Lake where we were able to go for a swim. The cabin's got everything you need with all mentioned amenities and more. Lastly, Daniel and Stacy were absolutely incredible hosts which we were very grateful for. 5+ stars!! We will be visiting again for sure very soon!
