Hotel staff was friendly, witnessed exceptional kindness of breakfast attendant who helped a patron with an assistive device navigate the breakfast area. Room, common areas and property was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Great value for location (proximity to hospital & downtown). Best feature: hotel was exceptionally quiet and peaceful (no noise from neighbour's, no unexpected knocks from housekeeping & no noise despite a street facing room). Excellent water pressure and temperature of shower. Free on-site parking (given parking pass for stay). Good hotel safety (room keycard required at entrance after 11pm).
Breakfast could be a little better. I'd love more choice of additional bread options such as bagels or English muffins. Hot items weren't especially warm.
Bathroom sink in room took a while to drain after moderate use.

Centrally located, quiet and near the park/lake. Breakfast was a little above average.
Even though the staff kindly fixed a problem caused by Booking.com, our overall impression of the staff was not great.

Your breakfast choices very bland
Putting toast thru once was like warm bread and note said don’t put it through twice !!
Little selection however sausages were good.
