The location is good, the room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping services were efficient. Furthermore, the staff provided friendly and professional assistance.
Upon check-in, we received a welcome package containing two water bottles and two mini chocolates, which suggests our reservation was recorded for two guests despite our booking for four.
I reserved a room for four guests, consisting of one adult and three children. Upon arrival, reception informed me that the room capacity is limited to two people; although two additional towels were provided for the first night, these were not replenished for the remainder of my stay.
The platform should give detailed information to the host and guest should be facilitated accordingly.
The ice dispenser on the first floor was broken, so I had to bring ice from the ground floor.
Regarding the breakfast service, I recommend expanding the current selection to enhance guest satisfaction. It is advisable to designate staff to monitor inventory levels consistently. Furthermore, stricter oversight is required to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination, particularly concerning shared serving utensils. While guests should be encouraged to exercise caution, implementing more rigorous staff supervision is essential to ensure food safety standards are maintained.

The positives The staff and facilities were great . Excellent dinner and breakfast .
Negatives you need more than one person on reception at busy times.there was space for two. The poor lad did a great job but was also having to answer the phone as well. Annoying as i waited 30 minutes to check in . The same applied to the rest aurant in the evening . An excellent lady was having to run the bar and see to diners and it was very busy. A bit of management required
