Wonderful stay with great staff

Bed was broken. Tv wouldn’t work, you had to keep unplugging it. The toilet didn’t flush and the wall plugs didn’t work except for the one in the bathroom. Room was dirty and people were running and screaming the halls till 5 a.m. we tried to leave for our second night but couldn’t get our money back. Would not recommend.

Hotel was great, we felt safe. It was nice to not have to go outside to go watch a movie! And the breakfast was great! Only thing that was not so great was the bed..the box spring made noise and the bed was hard. But other than that the room was great!

It was a good stay overall. Just one point it’s about the pool. Not enough clean towel.

The room is dated. The temperature in the room upon arrival was cold. Even when turning the thermostat up, the room remained cold. The front desk staff who greeted us upon checking was nice (man). The front desk staff (woman) who was working when we checked out didn’t even acknowledge us. She didn’t say a word when we checked out. Won’t be staying there again.

Prior to booking there was no indication on the website that the pool was closed or that the breakfast was available from 7:00 AM. We picked the hotel for these two features - and none were available. Will know better next time.

This property is definately older with some outdated rooms ie double beds however the beds where comfy and the hotel and it was quiet so we slept great. The room smelled like it was a smoking room which isnt nice but it was clean and the staff was good and pleasant. Breakfast was great althought it doesnt open until 7 am would be grest if it could opwn a bit earlier.

The hotel and my room were extremally clean. The staff were very welcoming. Parking was challenging to figure out. Although the wings were great at the bar, I was told no meals were available or most appetizers. Worst part was being woke up around 5:30 am by fire alarm ( false alarm). The alarms kept going off randomly which meant no breakfast. Call ahead and ask if their alarms have been fixed.

The parking was horrible, our pick up wouldn’t fit in the mall parking. The room was cold and not vacuumed very well. Staff wasn’t very pleasant when we checked in.

Had to wait to get to our room, hair in bathtub, sticky floors in hallway, no water in the room, bed uncomfortable and squeaky, restaurant was terrible service, order was wrong for food and drinks, had no french fries, long wait for our food when no one else was in the restaurant. The best part was seeing the fire department twice after the fire alarm was pulled twice. Would never come back or recommend!!!

Room keys quit working multiple times, booked a board room that I was late getting because no one knew how to or which room I was getting. Fire alarm went off multiple times that was difficult to wake up and take our toddler out. Also was in the pool for a fire alarm and there was no towels

Felt very unsafe due to at 12:35 Am 2 female persons knocking at our room door.My wife looked through spy glass in door and would not allow me to open door and ask what they wanted .i tried calling front desk and after 3 attemps a desk clerk answered telling me it may have been security persons and he would call me back after investigating.We waited 10 minutes and i got dressed and went to front desk to find out if we where safe .while talking to desk attendent who was answering what i suspect by conversation a nother noise complaint he did not know who theses persons where?i noticed trafic coming in and out of front lobbie outside area that did not fit regular hotel customer profile.i returned to my room.Shortly after only to hear knocking at next room door that turned into a all night noise fest.We did not want to complain again in case of neibour reprisal .At 6:01 AM.these 2 persons left and was nice and calm afterwords.But we after no sleep at all waited till after 7 Am and left premise sleep deprived and very dissapointed in our choice of lodging for our shopping trip that will be cut short today.

Not a well-maintained hotel - smelled bad and saw a few cockroaches in the room. Also was charged twice and everyone had no one allegedly had any clue why that happened.

This large hotel in the heart of Sudbury can no longer hide it's age. The front desk staff were friendly, and the pool is huge and deep. The staff at Pesto's should be commended for prompt and attentive service at breakfast. Those are the pro's. On the con side, the hallways reek of 30 years of cigarette smoke, whether it's in the walls, paint or carpet, as a non-smoker it is overpowering. I peeked into the fitness center and it contains good quality ProCor equipment. So I got up at 6am and headed down for a run the next morning. The front desk said I could start early, as the room normally opens at 7. Great, I thought. Upon arrival to the fitness room, I discovered that 3 of the 4 pieces of equipment were not functioning at all. When I inquired at the front desk, the staff said " yeah, we've been having trouble with them for a few months.." A sign on the equipment would have been a nice touch, or better yet... fix the stuff. I have stayed at a variety of other Radisson properties, and have had a good experience, but if you're going to put your name on the outside of the building, there is an expectation for inside the building, and this property fails that expectation.

The rooms was nice and bed is comfortable. The down side was the one drink glass in the bathroom was not cleaned it had lip stick left over from previous visit. The breakfast was not tasty.

Where do I start? Staff in lobby wasn't rude but defiantly could use some hospitality training! Room was on 4th floor, the whole floor has a unpleasant odour! Our room was right beside a service room with a constant 24hr pump running on and off, very noisy. They only have access to elevator on one corner of the whole building. So getting back and forth was terrible. free breakfast was fine except you have to go ask every day for your voucher? Parking was a whole ordeal, getting a pass that actually worked as well as having to walk a mile to the one access door? The room was clean.
