I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and with each stay have noticed an increasing number of signs of neglect. This time, the hair dryer in my first room didn't work so I was moved to another. There, the TV didn't work but was fixed. The mattress was saggy and lumpy. The toilet flushed very slowly. When ever a toilet flushed in another room, a loud sound like a train roared from my bathroom - many times each night! The fridge emitted a high-pitched whine and had to be turned off in order to get the sound to cease. All in all, I had four nights of disturbed sleep. The room was dusty. The window crank opened the window but did not work to close it. I had to pry off the screen and close the window manually. The front doors to the hotel are not automatic making it difficult taking suitcases in and out of the hotel, particularly for a senior person as myself. I will not stay at the Travelodge in Sudbury again.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Our room was full of pet hair especially on the bed, couch and a towel. I love dogs, but they should have specific pet friendly rooms. There was also a yappy dog down our hallway. They must understand that some people have allergies to pet hair/dander and cannot tolerate these conditions.

I once stayed at this Hotel like 25 years before as it was recommended and enjoyed it. Because of that i decided to go back. This hotel is old, dated, stains on the carpet, the mattress is like 5 inches from the headboard so you need to put pillows in to stop the main pillow from dropping. Also, you hear everything. I could hear the tv show as well as talking from other rooms. Also, the heater was very loud and would come on every 10 minutes and the door had zero seal so you could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway.

Affordable overnight hotel. They called the room shortly after we settled in to see if everything was o.k. which is a nice gesture. Overall, comfortable, great location.

The pool was closed, not your fault, but it was the reason I chose this hotel I wish I had known before I showed up to check-in. The tub was dirty. The bathroom sink was so clogged I brushed my teeth once and rendered it unusable for the rest of the stay. The little bottles of shampoo were not replaced. I had half a shampoo and no conditioner, soap or lotion. and the Kleenex box was empty. not the worst room I've ever stayed in, but the effort was not there.

The hotel did nothing to stop the kids from running around the hotel til after 11. Called down both nights and they did nothing to stop the kids from running around making noise.

The pool for the first time was not clean this year, much depris floating in the pool mid day. I think I mention this every time, toilet paper needs to be upgraded, just like using newspaper.

At first my stay was not good. Based in pictures of the room on hotels.com, i booked a 2 double bed roomm thinking there was a small loveseat. There was not. Due to room size a cot was not an option and my children with sensory issues wont share a bed. Thankfully the hotel ataff was super helpful and was able to move us to a room more suited to our needs when hotels.com offered no assistance other than a minimal credit.

This place is budget friendly, but dirty and run down. We were checked in and had to change rooms as our room was dirty. The front desk told us the cleaner rushed (and you could tell they rushed). The hallways were dirty with garage and crumbs on the floor alllll weekend long... The front lobby looks fantastic but the rooms were mediocre at best. There is no hot tub, even though the pool picture shows one. The pool was cold and the water murky. Staff was always kind and friendly. No complaints on any of their service... It's just that the building needs a refresh.

This hotel was dirty, also had the smell of pot all throughout the halls even though it said it was non smoking. We booked the room with four people and it only had two bath towels inside. I asked the front desk at they said they didn’t have any. They said they would have some at 7am. So we couldn’t shower. Then when I went down at 7am, one lady told me they still didn’t have any, and another lady went and checked and after waiting, we finally got more towels. To me this is uncomfortable, and unacceptable.

The heater in the room needs to be looked at , very noisy. I really wish pet friendly rooms were non carpeted rooms. I typically get a room simply to sleep between destinations and this time, in this particular room my dog had a hard time to settle, smells had her attention in this room more than another other at this venue when we've stayed there before.

Cigarette butts at the front door are awful. We have stayed at this place before and have noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms deteriorate. The door to the room is like an ordinary door to the bedroom in your home. Not particularly safe. Think we may look for other accommodation next time.

The people in the next room were partying till 2:30am. There was the sent of mold under the sink in the bathroom and the tub and curtains in the tub were not cleaned and there was blood on the curtain. And my quilt had a big stain on it. Was not impressed this time there.

Do not stay at this hotel. I have not seen such filth anywhere. The sheets had stains.. the carpet was disgusting and full of stains.. the grout in the bathroom was black . Overall disgusting and poor upkeep.

Beds and pillows were nice and soft. Carpet was ok as well as desk and TV but The bathroom is somewhat out of date with plain white tiling around an older tub. The were pieces of grout missing between the tiles and looks like faoled attempts to remove mold in all the grout lines. Time for an update imho. I used to do bathroom renos myself. Still not a bad place for a quiet night rest
