Great for families and congressmen. The apartment is 1 minute away from Zurriola beach and the Kursaal Congress Palace, 5 minutes from de Old Town and the city center and 10 minutes from la Concha beach. Apartment with 3 bedrooms (5 single beds), a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed. Includes free Internet connection via WiFi and full kitchen equipment, as well as sheets and towels. It is in a quiet area, near the pintxos bars and with surf schools, supermarket, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, and clothing boutiques in the same street. Optional parking (+20€/night). Flexible departure time if there is no other entrance to the apartment on the same day

wonderful spot! we walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved our stay. only potential downside that could bother some people was occasional noise, but i don't think you will be able to avoid it staying in older buildings near the things you want to do. some perfectly reasonable levels of noise from neighbors and some nights from yelling drunk tourists on the streets. so don't yell on the streets if you are a drunk tourist.

Kepa's apartment is in an excellent location. It's near everything you'd want to see in a few days. There are several great restaurants around the corner, and the beaches are very close. Old town is also close.
They were great hosts, providing recommendations to restaurants, which we all enjoyed. We especially appreciated their recommendation to check out a cider house, the specialty of that area. Thanks!

This apartment was well-located and our host was very nice and helpful (especially in dealing with our need for parking). The apartment had everything we needed and was very well-located with restaurants, shops, post office, beach and Old Town close by. The apartment is basic with little charm but we were out most of the time, so that was not a concern for us.

The only problem was that the parking structure is very narrow, and need to go 6 levels down to park. We paid for the parking but got the car out of the garage only on the last day of our stay. Maybe recommendation for a public parking would have been useful

We stayed for a week for language school. The flat is very convenient for everything - beaches, old town, Camino de Santiago, fantastic restaurants, cafes and bakeries. It is well presented and had washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and lots of kitchen supplies as well as space to hang wet things. Kepa was very helpful and supplied a fan in the heat. Only drawback - quite alot of street conversation because close to bars/restaurants but can't really hear this if you close windows and blinds. Another fan would have been ideal.

Suited us perfectly as a base to explore San Sebastian. We actually preferred Gros area to the Old Town because it was just less busy and the quality of the food was comparable

Además de la gran ubicación la cocina tiene más de lo imprescindible. Es cierto que el mobiliario puede ser un poco escaso pero para visitar la ciudad es más que suficiente. Una grata estancia. Repetiremos!!!

El piso no podía estar mejor, contaba con dos habitaciones dobles y una simple, todo muy espacioso. Contaba con un buen salón comedor y cocina equipada para cualquier cosa. La zona era sencillamente inmejorable, en el Gros a 5 minutos andando del casco antiguo. Además los propietarios nos atendieron en todo momento con mucha amabilidad. Seguramente repetiremos. Gracias por todo!

The apartment was very clean and bright with windows allowing light and fresh air to enter. Great location within walking distance from Old Town and all of the beaches. The apartment is on a quiet tree lined street. Less than 100 meters away is a perpendicular street lined with restaurants, all with outdoor seating.

Everything was fine. The flat is spacious, the rooms are tidy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is also great, on one hand it is very close to the beach and there are many pintxo bars around, on the other hand it is reasonably quiet at night. The hosts are very friendly. Recommendation!

Prefect located apartment close to the beach and main tourist attractions within walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants closely and excellent service provided by the owner. Our family enjoyed the five days and would certainly book this apartment again when traveling to San Sebastián.

The Apartment was the perfect location from Zurriola Beach, Old Town, La Concha Beach and all the important sites. We walked everywhere, as the apartment is 5 minutes walk or less to all the famous cathedrals, monuments, boardwalk, etc! The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine, 3 beds and a bathroom with shower stall. Hairdryer, iron and board also available for use. Our only challenge was the shower itself. The shower head needs a new head, as it poured out, instead of a steady shower. We managed, but recommend a new head. There are enough beds for 5 people and decent mattresses provided a good nights sleep. We only used 2 twins, as there were just 2 of us. The balcony overlooks the street, very near some excellent restaurants and pintxos bars. Make reservations, though, or you may miss out, like we did once. The street quieted down at night around midnight most nights. It was a perfect location, as it was not in the middle of old town which goes all night. We loved using the apartment to escape and having breakfast we made in the kitchen with local products. The owners mother and sister were very helpful and incredibly understanding about our US phone not working on roaming when we tried to call to let them know we were lost in France, then lost again in San Sebastian. Thus, we were running an hour late. We felt terrible about not being able to call, despite several attempts. They were so kind and helpful, providing great ideas and useful information about travelling around the local area. We loved our stay in Donostia, one of the best cities in the world on the sea, with the mountains behind and the wonderful Basque people, their culture and incredible cuisine! Thank you!
