The Beach House was perfect in every way! Our family enjoyed everything about the house as well as the perfect location across from Shoreline Park and the beautiful Santa Barbara beaches. The property manager provided clear direction and details and a few minor questions were addressed immediately. Would definitely consider this home again. Thank you!!!

The home was located a short walk from the beach and a longer walk from the wharf, Funk zone, and downtown Santa Barbara. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated without being pretentious. Very comfortable and spacious with every imaginable cooking utensil. My friends and I were there for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and memorial day. We spent hours on the front porch chatting with each other and the neighbors. Great restaurants are a quick drive or nice walk from the house or, if you prefer to stay in and cook they have every tool you could ever need! The backyard was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. We will definitely return!
