You'll have two leather couches with a brick gas fireplace next to a sizable smart TV, plus a dining table that overlooks the courtyard below with dense views of alpine treescapes. The dining table offers comfortable seating for six in rich leather chairs below cool recessed lighting. The modern and renovated kitchen enjoys plenty of natural light and stellar views thanks to its large picture window. This elegant space comes with a gas stove top, polished timber cabinetry, stainless steel amenities, beautiful granite countertops, and excellent recessed lighting overlooking the kitchen and breakfast bar seating. Property and Telluride were wonderful, but the pricing and fees added on (over 2k) was ridiculous. Very misleading doing VRBO through Expedia, when Expedia is supposed to show fees upfront.

This was an end unit with amazing views up the mountain and right next to the riverside trail. Rooms were bigger than expected. Great mattress and bedding!

Had a good experience at the property for a short summer trip to Telluride. Communication was clear and accessible. Could easily walk about town and to several great restaurants. Would recommend.

We came here for our best friends wedding and this was the perfect spot for our group. Walking distance to everything, beautiful home, beautiful home, and exactly as the listing described. Would love to stay here when we come back to telluride!

The condo was incredible. The location, the appurtenances, and cleanliness was outstanding. Property management was top notch. My wife and two children and another family with three kids had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend to anyone for spring break skiing.

Great location. Nice condo and well equipped. Management responds promptly to questions. Beds super comfortable. I would recommend the lower level queen carpet be replaced. Every other room is beautifully updated. Thank you

The only issue we had, we took out trash and recycling but couldn’t find the dumpsters. Also, the ski locker was not working which wasn’t a huge deal.

Lovely place to stay and the management company did a great job.. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues, take that into consideration. Other than that, nice condo in great location.

Very nice condo but the walls are thin. In the master, we heard our neighbors voices as if they were in the room with us. They were speaking conversationally but the sound traveled right up the wall. They also ran an electrical appliance at night (humidifier?) so there was a constant hum/buzz emanating behind our heads from 11pm - 6 am that sounded like an industrial air conditioner. This might not bother some, but it's not what I had expected from a high end condominium, and I was disappointed not to be able to enjoy the stillness of a mountain town at night. Luckily they left after 4 nights so the second half of our stay was much more peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable.

This home was perfect for a long ski weekend in Telluride. Super clean and spacious - very comfortable for our group! The location was also perfect - it was a very quick walk across the street to the lift and about a 10 min walk into downtown Telluride. Host was also very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home!

We really enjoyed the location and the property manager was readily available for anything we needed. They also made restaurant reservations for us in advance which was incredibly helpful. The property itself was great. We did have a bit of trouble regulating the temperature in the unit as each bedroom is on a different floor. That could have been a result of three couples with different preferences overnight. Overall, we had what we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The location is ideal in the heart of the town. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery, liquor store and chairlifts. Would stay again!

We have been coming to Telluride for 15 years and this is the first time staying in town and really like the location and short walk to 7. I would have rated this a 5, but the fireplace was broken, one of the stove tops wouldn't self ignite and the noise from the air handler when the floors were heating is loud and annoying. The bathrooms and upstairs master bedroom get really hot, even with the thermostats set at 61. I would recommend humidifiers for the bedrooms as it was super dry from the heat.

The condo was in immaculate shape as advertised and being so close to town and a 2 min walk to the lift made this location ideal for anyone looking to visit Telluride. Walkable to all the restaurants/bars within 5/10 mins and a super clean and comfortable to stay. The management company was accessible and communicative throughout our stay checking in if we needed anything, but we were all set. 10 out of 10!
