This sweet little cottage boasts a perfect location in the middle of everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Outside, you’ll find a friendly front patio with Adirondack chairs and a shared pool. Inside the cottage, you’ll find colorful, beachy decor in the living room, which features comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV for all your entertainment needs. Prepare a snack for the beach or something more substantial in the adjacent kitchen, complete with colorful cookware and everything you need to get creative. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re walking distance to lots of popular beach bars and restaurants-just stake your spot in time for sunset, because it’ll likely be one to remember. Things to Know: Beach towels available for guest use Free WiFi and cable Snowbird-friendly Full kitchen (no dishwasher) Central AC As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Good value for the money in a great location and right on the beach. It was properly cleaned but in need of some repairs. The shower and fridge were a bit crusty, there were holes in the walls where pictures have been moved, and the bathroom vanity had grout in random places. Vacasa was a bit inflexible about early check in or even parking at the property (we expected to get in a couple of hours prior to check in, not early in the morning), but overall it fit our needs and budget and i would stay there again.

Great location. Needed some updating, more towels or laundry service, shower was either hot or cold and hardly worked. I probably would not stay here again.

My wife and I absolutely loved the seaside sweetheart cottage. Great area and great beach. This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Short stroll down private lane to sandy path through dunes then ocean. We will definitely be booking again. Vacasa has excellent customer service

We love the Blue Heron cottages. We had everything we needed for the two of us and the location is perfect! The cottage is comfortable with reserved parking. Book us for next year!

Location on the beach was fantastic. Loved the individual single level cottage style. Very nicely decorated and appointed for 4 people. Just be prepared for no washer and dryer and dish washer.

The entry keypad was a little tricky, but we managed. The cottage was cozy and just perfect for my friend and I. I picked this location due to the proximity of not only the beach but the proximity to my elderly mother. I would definitely stay here again.

I am from FL but moved to NC in 2004. I missed the warm holidays so we stayed on the beach for Thanksgiving this year. We fell in love with the cozy beach cottage. Had some family and friends visit who loved it as well. It was nice to be home for the holiday and a few steps from the water. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, I wanted to be near the beach and this was the perfect distance for walking to the beach. We stayed for 1 week and had a great Anniversary. Very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen a little small but that really isn’t a problem when on vacation. The grill was definitely nice to have.

Such a cute cottage! It was perfect for me and my 6 and 9 year olds. You walk out of the front door and right down the path to both the pool and the beach. The shed out back had a variety of beach and pool toys and even a cart to bring everything with you! The space inside was just enough and if you needed to spread out, the front porch with it’s Adirondack chairs was ideal. The only challenges we experienced were a lack of towel racks and the oven. There was a stand outside for beach towels, but that became an issue when it rained. And the bathroom did not provide many options for hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. The one other issue was the smoke detector kept going off when the oven door was opened so the door to the cottage had to be opened when the oven door was. Not a game changer just an inconvenience. All in all… a great time!

From the minute you turn into the little cottage community your reaction will be “oh my goodness this is perfect”. The little hidden gem is perfect in every way. From the palm trees to the private path to the beach…it’s the perfect place to stay to escape life for a while. Our family loved cottage #6. Provided everything we needed and more (check the shed behind the cottage for all the beach gear you need). It’s decorated impeccably, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch. Many restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!
