About this condo rental
Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $289 per night is a great option for your next trip. 4 FREE daily water park passes and garage parking for one car is included! 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and the onsite 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 3rd floor unit has a balcony overlooks the Intracoastal, has a full kitchen and includes a stackable washer/dryer. Located on the 3rd floor, enjoy the views of the intracoastal from its private balcony. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance and the beach is a 3/5 minute walk! Four water park passes are included with every reservation for the duration of your stay. Six additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Your reservation includes 4 water park passes per day! I will be available via messaging or phone call. Right on the Intracoastal, the water park on premises, 3/5 minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants, live entertainment, bike and boat rentals all right there. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily nominal fee. Thermostats must all be on heat or a/c to work. You must go to the gift shop with your water park passes to get scanned and receive your wrist band before entering the park. It is there that you can purchase the additional passes (6 at a 50% discount). If the parking garage is full, you can park you car along the side street or parking lot across from the gift shop. Each booking gets only one parking pass for the garage. Additional cars will have to pay for parking, unless you can find an open spot on the street. The owner/host will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a garbage bag, and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It will be up to you to provide what ever else is needed. The owner has provided a couple of beach chairs to use for the beach. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

This location is exactly as it appears, condo was clean and comfortable. Waterpark was fun for the whole family, coffee/bakery within walking distance, on the way to the beach.

We have stayed in about 5+ units at Harbourside, and this one was definitely our favorite! It has a good location within the condo complex and it was nicely decorated & clean. It has a nice view overlooking the intracoastal waterway is is in very close proximity to the stairs and elevator for quick access. Also, the third floor is the best floor IMO because you're high enough to get the nice view, but still very convenient with regards to climbing stairs / elevator time.

This unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing! The water park is right outside the unit and beach is a short walk through a beautiful park about one block away. There is even a little ice cream shop on the way. Some things to note- the water park does close at 6:00 p.m. but the pool closes later. There is loud music till around 9pm from either the pool or Jimmy Iguana's, I couldn't tell which one. I actually enjoyed it while sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming in and out but it might be annoying to someone looking for a quieter spot. If you're trying to find parking later in the evening you will most likely have to park on the street or water park parking lot. If you move your car from the garage at night you'll most likely lose your spot so be aware. The water park is very popular so get there early if you want a good seat. Very convenient that the water park is right outside! There weren't any laundry pods available in the unit that I could find so bring your own if you want to do laundry. All that being said it is definitely worth the price because you have the water park right outside with passes included and the beach less than a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or young adults. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My husband and our two children and I stayed at this property for a long weekend at the start of summer vacation. All info provided by the property manager was accurate and covered everything we needed to know. The unit was super clean and provided a wonderful home base for our vacation. We loved the water park, local restaurants, the bar at the pool was great and reasonably priced for what you get. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Marina and lounging on the couch back there was great. It was actually one of the reasons we picked this unit over others - having the couch on the balcony! Overall we had the best time, it was a very relaxing trip, and we would for sure go back to this unit again!

The unit was large, clean, with comfortable beds and a comfortable balcony that has fantastic view of Intercoastal Waterway.
Only downside, if you don't have young kids, the waterpark not so pleasant, especially since it's open to the public (as far as we could tell). Also parking underneath building could be a problem on weekends, but there was plenty of parking across the street. Bottom line, great property for families, especially with young kids. We would definitely consider staying there again, waterpark melee and all :)

This location is amazing. We considered staying in Clearwater and after a day trip on the beach trolley there, I am glad we didn't. Indian Rocks Beach had fantastic restaurants, short walks to get everywhere, easy transportation on beach trolley (although we only left once). I loved the entire vacation. A cvs was within a block (these are short blocks) the beach was 3 minutes away. The beach cart, chairs, umbrella were an extra bonus and came in handy. Will be back!

Wasn’t busy at all just a little chilly! My husband loved how we could park right next to the stairs to our room, as well as the trash compactor was on our floor. This condo came with everything you needed. From 8 beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, etc.. very well laid out and clean! The water park and lazy River was a plus! We loved going their everyday.

Checking in/out were flawless. No issues at all. Beautiful views from the balcony looking at the canal. Dolphins were spotted as well. Will be back guaranteed.

We loved the location of this property. It was in short walking distance to plenty of restaurants, CVS, and the beach access. We appreciated the beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels! My favorite part of the property was the 3rd level balcony that over looked the canal. It had comfortable seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and for playing card games in the evening. Our kids LOVED the waterpark - the stay include 4 daily waterpark passes. We will most definitely stay here again.

Family reunion
Our extended family opted for a family reunion at 33’. Ambience and location was super family friendly. Area was safe and conveniently located next to the beach and right on the water park.

More than we could of asked for
This was our first long distance trip with out boys 6 & 8. This property was amazing. Our favorite was the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. We spent most of our time there. The property was clean and stocked well. Would recommend for any family needing a relaxing get away.

Great Stay !!!
This vacation was so wonderful. We had 5 different families that stayed here also we all have kids that are big Seniors and wanted someplace different. Loved everything about the town and resort itself. The kids took the trolley multiple times to go to Clearwater and St Pete’s.
The only thing I could say about our unit specific is the one cup keurig maker. When you have multiple adults wanting coffee.
Other than that loved everything about this place!!
