This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 8th floor penthouse unit has a balcony that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Unit 8819 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. 6 additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This 'newer' unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath and smart TV. Unit includes free Wi-Fi Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor where you can watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. Unit includes a few beach chairs and cooler! Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 8819 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. Come enjoy your stay! Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. The property is beautiful and well
equipped for a stay. I have nothing bad to say about the condo.
The thing that almost ruined the vacation is no elevator to the EIGHTH FLOOR. Both elevators were our of order the entire time we were there. Carrying luggage and groceries up that many stairs was ridiculous. Did I mention the asthma, Lupus, and arthritis I deal with daily? This was unacceptable.

The condo was amazing. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the waterpark was a huge plus for the kids. We spent Friday and Monday at the park and had very little crowds. I had a small issue with the power going out after a storm and the owner sent someone over very quickly to fix it for us! We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved every bit of this stay- the only downfall was having to go get new wrist bands everyday to be at the park, because there was always a line, but I don’t know a way around this. Everyone was friendly and the room was well stocked.

Great Condo, Wonderful Waterpark!
We had a great time over the 4th Of July weekend. The firework displays we watch from our balcony every night were great. However, 4th Of July fireworks were AMAZING!!!
The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the beach cart and toys that were included. The lines at the waterpark were really long. if you didn't get in line about 20 mins before they opened plan on being in line for a while. Once inside, my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this place and we will be back! :)

Wonderful place
The condo was very clean and quiet. The location to the beach was perfect, 3 minute walk. The parking spots are large. They fit my Ram 2500 with no problem. Instructions at check in and check out were easy to follow. Only one negative would be the shower head. It is very low pressure compared to other resorts or hotels we have stayed at We would definitely stay on this condo again.

The room was very nice although they didn’t have anything for you to put your luggage on to get it to your room you had to make multiple trips. And if the parking garage was full you had to park across the street which wasn’t very convenient.
You had to get a pass for the park every day that you went down, instead of just giving a pass for however many days you was going to be staying that was a little inconvenient. And let me tell you the elevator was extremely slow and very very very very HOT!!!! They tried to put a fan in there to cool it down but that doesn’t work. Other than that everything was good.

Better than expected
Two moms and 4 teens celebrating a Sweet 16 in Indian Rocks Beach at this sweet location. The condo was spotless and in better condition than expected based on photos. Definitely loved being on the top floor and overlooking the water as it is much quieter. Great local restaurants within walking distance and others we went to were a short drive. Girls loved the water park and went 3/4 days with the included passes even for just 2 hours one day. Moms went to the park our last day due to our schedule and got discounted tickets ($15). We had to get down there about 15 minutes before the park opens at 10 am to wait on line in order to bring passes and room key back upstairs by checkout. Check in and check out process was simple following the instructions that were emailed. We met a maintenance worker upon arrival who directed us to the correct elevator for the building. Elevator was a little slow and chose to walk down the stairs several times but only walked up once. Beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs were perfect for the short walk to the beach. Loved having separate beach towels. Only issue, which wasn’t a huge problem, closet door in master bathroom was difficult to open; quick email to Debi informed us it was not locked and you need to pull really hard. This is where additional storage of coolers, umbrella, high chair, pack n play was located. Cooler was great for the beach day. We were not able to use Bose speaker by tv. Great stay and would return.

Condo was clean and looked as expected upon arrival. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had everything we needed, the balcony was great for watching ocean life!

Great Spot for families
The condo was perfect for our stay, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. All positive from check-in to check-out! The only exception was the main elevator to floor 8 we had an issue with a few times and had to take the stairs to the 5th Floor and grab the elevator there. The maintenance team was very responsive.

Wonderful condo!
Beautiful, clean and cozy. Great location close to the beach, which our teens loved. Water park is geared more towards younger kids but we did enjoy a few hours there. Loved the balcony with its lovely views of the intercostal waterway and the ocean.
