🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (one space only) with the pass on the dash. If full, use yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Take Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) to reach the 8th-floor penthouse level.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨
📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high turnover rate, we ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. If available, it will be offered on the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY:
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes health conditions, weather, or transportation issues. For stays during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30), we strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance.

The property was very nice, clean, looked just as listed. The communication with the condo's management was the best I have experienced in all my rentals. The access to the waterpark, ease of getting to the beach (with all you keed to enjoy the day there included with the rental) made for a wondefful, relaxing vacation!

The condo was clean and accommodating. It was close to everything-restaurants, CVS, and souvenir shops. Beach was right across the street and the host had four chairs , umbrella, cooler and wagon to make going to the beach very easy and nice.The biggest complaint was the waterpark process. It was unnecessarily difficult to get in the waterpark everyday. The staff were very rude and made it miserable to get wristbands everyday. Honestly- it was awful and it didn’t need to be. There are signs all over the parking garage and waterpark entrances with SO many rules- it was overkill! I wish that this condo just had a simple pool-it would have been much better than dealing with the waterpark staff everyday. Some things to know:-you have to get a new wristband everyday at the park. You have to take the passes from the condo to get the wristbands. You aren’t permitted to use the entrance from the condo garage to access the waterpark until you get the wristbands. -the staff at waterpark require each person to come to the desk to get the wristband. So- you can’t get a wristband to give to the other members of your family. -Teenagers are not permitted to be in the waterpark alone. And children under the age of 12 have to be under constant supervision- meaning you have to be right with them. -no saving chairs-so many rules!!!
