Featuring a full kitchen, living room, a king size bed and sofa pull out. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful solid oak wood butcher block counter top plus NEW appliances, including a dishwasher. This piece of paradise has a side yard area to enjoy while sitting on oversized lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside table for two. BONUS…NO CAR NEEDED Just steps to white sandy beaches and less than a .5 block to Gulf Boulevard…You are in the main hub of it all; Restaurants, Beach Access, Music, Parks, Pubs, Groceries, Shopping, Yoga, Ice Cream, and More. We stayed for one week at Plum Paradise, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We were just steps from the beautiful beach and the local restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hurricane Eddies for dinner and drinks which was just a 2 minute walk. This nicely decorated beach cottage had plenty of space for us with a king bed along with an open floor plan with lots of windows to let in lots of light. We love Indian Rocks Beach, and Plum Paradise made our stay very enjoyable!

I sent messages prior and arriving to Bill. Fast response and so kind. We had everything we needed for the beach right there. Items had been taken care of well and usable. It was our first time in the area and everything was easy to maneuver and not crazy busy. It was very clean and comfortable in our home away from home!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. After the spending the first part of week at an Orlando hotel this intimate residence was a relaxing change of pace for enjoying the beach. Quiet and convenient to the beach, we had everything we needed. At first I didn't think much of the provided beach items but having the wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys allowed us to have a great experience as we couldn't bring anything since we were flying.

My wife,son,and I had beautiful, relaxing, stay at this wonderful condo. It certainly had all the amenities that you could want or need. Nicely decorated with a lot of charms. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone. The king bed really help our ailing backs. Thank you Sabrina and Bill. Also, the communication was great.

Smaller home in great location to restaurants, shops, and bar on corner of the street. Just a 3 minute walk to beach. Owner’s supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, towels and wagon to bring everything to beach. House was clean. Good size for a couple or smaller family. We enjoyed our stay, thanks again.

Great stay for small family.
My Mom and I stayed at this location unit A. It was a nice little private area with great seating outside on the covered carport. Utilizing the beach equipment was very useful. My Mom is almost 70 and the the beach umbrellas made her stay on the beach much more enjoyable. The beach is within steps from the unit. The only issue was getting across the street to the beach. There was not pedestrian crossing where the beach access is and it was difficult walking my mother and beach equipment across the street. The speed limit is only 30mph but not everyone abided by the speed limit, most oncoming traffic was not concerned about pedestrians attempting to cross the street.

1 morning I 8 bfast @ a 1derful Greek restaurant. On way home I got sick. I has uncontrollable diarrhea & came thru my pants hit floor. I ran 2 br 4 the toilet. It was horrible. I had 2 shower then get paper towels 2 clean up the mess I made inside the cottage. Thot I got it all but the owners charged me a $50 damage fee 4 what they purjoratively called 'feces'. I tried my best 2 clean up my mess, I'm an old guy & do not see real well. If I did leave excrement behind inside I apologize. If I did I would think cleaning staff would treat it as routine cleaning. Motels would never charge a damage fee 4 human waste. They were cold in their charge. Also, I could use the TV till 4th, no instructions, same w washer. I sought out a cleaning guy who showed me how 2 use both. I don't want my money back, let their greed have its pound of flesh. Besides these, my stay was gr8.

Charming bungalow - close to the beach
This property was charming, with all of the touches to make you feel quite at home. The bed and living area both were very comfortable, although while you're here you're going to want to spend your time taking in the beautiful sunsets 1/2 block away or relaxing on the beach! The bikes were a welcome addition and there was nice outdoor space to grill and relax. Thanks so much Bill and Sabrina for a great week!

The place was a good size with a full kitchen, living room, king size bed and bathroom. Nice seating area outside. Sabrina was amazing and was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and checked on us a couple times to make sure we were all good. I would highly recommend this place! Everything was wonderful!

Just steps to the beach. Being so close to the beach access made our stay so enjoyable. We walked to breakfast, lunch,
dinner and catching the sunset. Also close to rental for cabanas and beach umbrellas.

Paradise :-)
We love staying at Plum’s Paradise. We fly into St. Pete and taxi over. There are great restaurants in walking and/or biking distance. We love the super close access to the beach and all the amenities provided. Plum’s paradise has everything you need for a great vacation! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely property. It was clean, spacious, our hosts were prompt and delightful whenever we contacted them. We had difficulty with their new TV system and Sabrina face-timed us on her way home from work! She even made that fun!
We highly recommend this property, and will definitely return next year!
