About this house rental
Situated in Key Largo, this lovely house for $440 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor bbq areas, and pickleball/tennis courts. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart TV. The second floor has another full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and wine cooler a 70 inch Samsung smart TV in the living room with 2 outdoor balconies with seating, to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. This unit is directly in front of the playground and only steps away from the pool. The third floor offers another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The master suite with a queen bed and TV and the second room has 2 twin beds. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. 2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayaks with life vest and paddles available to guests. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty. Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama. CVS & Walgreens- 1 mile away Publix Super Market - 2 miles away 20 Restaurants - 2 miles radius 50 Restaurants-5 Mile Radius Boating: If you plan to bring your private vessel you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard. If you need a private slip for rent in the Marina contact Dominick 786 803-4423. Boat ramp is free of charge and trailer parking is first come basis.

Richard was a great host. The townhouse was clean and ready for us. He messaged me 2 days prior to my trip with the check in process. He touched base with me the day of the trip to make sure we were settled. On day 2, we had an issue with the downstairs AC. I messaged him and responded within minutes and he had someone out by that afternoon to correct the issue. We had zero issues after that. He messaged me a couple days before our departure with instructions on what to do before we left. It was a great experience. I would definitely rent from Richard again, his communication was awesome!

Not a bad place... lots of used kitchens items old very old Cups... glasses... and other Items.. Lots of stairs to get up to the master bed room and leaving room and kitchen.

Most important the Delgado’s are an amazing family. I was blessed to have met them. Looking forward already to our next stay. If this condo is available, don’t hesitate to reserve it. You won’t be disappointed.

Love staying at Kawama. We have been going for years and stayed at different units. This unit is advertised correctly but definitely needs some care in the kitchen. A thorough cleaning and upgrades would make a 5 star review. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable. Didnt get much sleep. This was first unit we stayed in that didnt have a golf cart to use which is a big bonus in this community. Love Kawama and will be back.

This was a great rental. The place was spotless and well appointed. Easy to find and get in and out. Richard was a great host. He checked to make sure that we got in OK and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely consider for an other Key Largo visit.

We loved the place it was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space. Nice furniture and decor. Place was very clean and an amazing location. The available bikes on the property we enjoyed riding throughout the marina and neighborhood. We highly recommend and hope to stay again.

The property was very clean! We had family staying in the same community and they were in walking distance from us. The condo was fully stocked with whatever we needed; kitchen, bath towels, beach towels. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everywhere was very clean. The grounds were lovely and the pool was a good size and it was very warm. The location was on point, close to grocery store, restaurants of all kinds, ice cream treats, and activities too. If we are ever in the area again we will be coming back.

Our family loved this place! It was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles as well as the lagoon. Within a short driving distance to many great restaurants.

Great location and we loved the easy access here to snorkel the jetty. Lots of marine life on the jetty. Great views of sunrises and sunsets. Lots of great seating along the property to enjoy them from. There is a great recreation park nearby. They even have a 9 hole disc golf! Kayaked at John Pennecamp S.P. , biked 15 mile loop at Shark Valley with lots of gators, played tennis and pickleball on this property, rented a boat for a day to snorkel the coral reef and did some scuba diving. This property was in a great location for all our activities. It was also very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. Only thing that the property didn't have was a dining room table which we sorely missed. Nice big washer and dryer which we loved. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The 6 of us left Key Largo with wonderful memories!

This property/resort was amazing for families & kids! It’s awesome especially with the playground & pool right out the back steps. The host was great & communicated well. We loved taking a walk out to the marina & point. We swam the lagoon and had a lot of fun feeding the fish and playing at the beach. We will definitely come back here.

We rented for my family because we were getting married. The check in was easy. The property was immaculate and was stocked with everything one needs and more. The rooms were spacious and bright and I especially loved the suite on the ground level which was great for my mom who has trouble walking upstairs. Definitely would go back again and again.

This home was great! So many amenities to keep us entertained, not to mention the surrounding area. It worked just perfect for our family vacation! Richard was very helpful. Only needed help once but he answered quickly and gave us a couple ideas for things to do as well. Thank you very much for a great place to make some happy memories!

Beautiful, Spacious Townhome
Fabulous! We had plenty of room for 6 adults. The area has many activities to choose from. We rode bikes, kayaked, and lounged by the pool. There are also a couple of restaurants that are walkable. The owner was one of the best! He responded to me immediately when I had a question. Great stay!

Lovely for families
Richard’s place was perfect for our trip with small kids ages 6, 6 and 2. He furnished tennis rackets, bicycles and fishing poles. The playground just outside was absolutely ideal, since we could watch the kids play from our own porch, and the pool is just steps away (but fenced in, which is good for peace of mind). The only cons I would say are that the bathrooms are very small and the basement bedroom is as well, but the pictures are accurate. We had a ball!!

Peaceful Keys getaway
Really enjoyed are stay here, appreciated the laid back well maintained feel of the club. Plenty of room to spread out for 5 adults. We had lots to do just in the club community itself , snorkling, tennis, fishing on jetty, nice ocean front access area, swim pools and huge salt water lagoon. Many residence gather out on the jetty to enjoy the sun set each evening. Great places to eat pretty much at every turn. Kawama also is a great location to explore the rest of the Keys from as we ended up with 1150 miles on rental exploring. Rich is an attentive host, great communication.

Vacation in Paradise
This condo was a lifesaver! Our family of 8 with adults and children had bed space and having 3 bathrooms with showers was a big plus! Making s’mores at night, riding bikes, swimming and other daytime activities was enjoyable to all of us! We all loved it, and will tell everyone we know about this amazing vacation spot! Thank you.

Wonderful experience
The unit was great, community was great, host was great. We loved our stay and only wish we'd had more time for a "chill" day or two at the pool. Loved everything about the area, an oasis but only a mile from groceries and restaurants. Richard was an amazing host, even dropped off tennis equipment one day.
Kids said "best vacation ever" so I'll take that as a sign we did OK. Thank you for letting us make Kawama our home for 5 days!

Rich was very responsive to me. Great communication from him. Very knowledgeable of the area. The place was awesome and spacious. The gated security was very nice and pleasant to deal with. The property with the 2 pools a salt water lagoon was nice and lots of extras to do. Definitely want to come back to this place. No complaints.
