Located in Key Largo, this attractive house for $500 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach. This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV and a full size Sleeper Sofa able to accommodate two. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise. Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama. Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit. Property was really nice and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the games that were there, abundance of patios, quiet and walkable neighborhood and having a washer and dryer.
Owner was fantastic with communication and answered all questions quickly.
Pools and playground were close and very nice. Would recommend and would stay here again!

First the good: location is great. We walked everywhere and the grounds of the yacht club are awesome. We particularly enjoyed grilling out and bonfires seaside most nights. Host is quick to respond to requests.
However, the beds were uncomfortable and the first floor is a converted garage so my adult kids complained about staying there. Blankets were not clean when we arrived so I washed every single one the first day. But on the good side, all the blankets are clean now! Kitchen needs a stocking refresh - not enough silverware (I'm sure it disappears with tenants) and some appliances were broken.
Overall we had a great time and the space was nice to have. Loved having 3 floors to spread out.

The property was in a convenient location. The water area was nice with tiki huts and fire pits. The pool was lovely. We had a nice time. The two flights of stairs are steep so be aware of this. The rooms were on the small size but adequate. The decor was cute. We had a great time overall!

We were there three nights and the location was perfect! The unit overlooked the play ground and walking around the lagoon to watch the fish was one of our favorite activities. The unit itself was very clean and a great fit for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean and just as pictured. The front gate staff was helpful and friendly. FANTASTIC food options near by and super close to John Pennekamp State Park. Mr. Alvarez is quick to respond to texts and questions. I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends about it.

This property is perfect for a family with small children. Playground and pool right outside the backdoor. Lagoon on site for another swimming option. Property was neat and clean. Raul was helpful through our entire stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was super easy to get to, secure, and just as it was listed. The property was perfect to explore and play in if you didn’t have other activities outside of the property. The lagoon was fun and the heated pools were perfect, even on a rainy day. The space was great for our big family and to give the teenagers space. Raul was super responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was located close to the playground, pool, beach and lagoon. We also rode the bikes up to the local fishery for dinner one night. Everything was within a short drive as well. The property itself was clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this property with my two daughters: ages 3 and 6. Directly off the screened in wporch is a giant sand playground. My daughters absolutely loved going outside first thing in the morning and my husband and I felt comfortable enough to stay in the condo and watch them from the unit or the porch. It was a nice break during the afternoon too when they could play outside and we could relax on the porch. There is also a pool within a very very short walk and a lagoon on the other side of the property (a longer walk) with a beach area and another pool which was equally as fun for my girls. The complex is gated and guarded which made us feel very safe.
The unit was just as pictured, clean and nicely updated. Upon entering the unit you arrive to a living room, laundry, full bathroom and a bedroom with two twins. The middle floor is the kitchen, full bathroom and another living room area with a screened in porch with stair access to the grounds of the property. The top floor is the master bedroom, another full bath and a bedroom with two full/queen bedrooms. If you have little children that need to be close to you and are traveling with other adult guests, that would be my only thing to note: the bedroom on the 1st floor with the two twins is two levels from the master on the 3rd floor. We had another adult with us who had to stay in the twin bedroom because we were concerned about our little girls being alone on the first floor at night. Other than that, and it was not a huge issue, the unit was a great location in Key Largo, very clean, nicely updated, well equipped and stocked for cooking and daily clean up and a very nice property. I will also say Raul, the owner, was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. He made recommendations on a boat charter and golf cart rental that we utilized and had an excellent day on the water. The golf cart was helpful getting to the marina with all our stuff and to get to the lagoon/other pool but it wasn’t “necessary” to get around. I’m glad we had it but you don’t need one if you choose not to rent one.
Overall, great stay in the Keys and a wonderful property!!!

The community is amazing! We felt very comfortable letting our 15 year old ride the bike around by herself exploring. Our 9 year old enjoyed the pool, lagoon and playground. We could not have asked for a better family oriented area! Raul was always quick to respond and very helpful when needed.
The only caution I would give is the steep steps. My 72 year old father struggled with those. The #’s on the outside of each unit are very difficult to see-especially at night!!
Other than that, the trip was wonderful and the community perfect for our family!

Great location for diving and snorkeling and the little ones had a sfe place to swim. We all enjoyed the picnic area by the lagoon. The host was accommodating, friendly and professional. You can't ask for more.

Plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out!! Kids had a great time on the playground just outside the back door; heated pool was wonderful; lagoon had tons of fish to look at - bring a mask and snorkel.

This townhouse was exactly what we wanted! We had plenty of space for 7 adults and a baby. The three levels allowed for everyone to have their own space yet come together at the mid level to enjoy food and fun! Everything you need is right at your fingertips! Two pools, playground and located just steps from the ocean. The owner answers all questions and communicates right away. Restaurants and food shopping so close by. We are definitely coming back and staying here.

This rental was in great condition, very well decorated, kept up , clean, everything you needed was there. My only complaint is that the main bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, I have to have a fan going at night. Or you could have a few portable fans ready if needed. We truly did love staying here, location to playground, perfect, bikes to ride down to the jetty for sunset, perfect! Thank you so much for making our trip memorable

We loved this condo. Clean, comfy, quintessential Florida Keys decor. From the looks of it, recently remodeled? Raul was easy to communicate with. One thing handy about this until in particular is that the location is closest the jetty/marina but also close to the pool and playground. So we didn’t have to walk far to enjoy either. Good location for family with young kids. Also, close by (1-2 miles) are all the commercial services you might need (Publix, Walgreen, liquor store, restaurants)
