Nestled in Pacifica, this attractive condo for $94 per night is a great choice for your next break. Fall in love with this sunny, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with walk-in shower, kitchen with all new modern appliances, 2 TVs, coffee/tea, & fast internet. First-floor suite (430 sq. ft.) with private entrance has views of nature and access to a peaceful backyard—just steps from an awe-inspiring view of the Pacific Ocean. This one-of-a-kind, tranquil getaway offers the best of the Bay Area at your fingertips! Walk to hiking trails, drive 5-min. to the beach, and 20-min. to San Francisco or SFO airport. We look forward to your stay with us at Linda Vista del Mar (beautiful view of the sea)! We want to do everything we possibly can to ensure you have a great experience staying with us, so it's important that you understand the setup: The private suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live and work upstairs. We are in our 40s-50s with 3 cats, no kids. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed. We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room & kitchen is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house. Small, indoor pets only. Shared washer/dryer accessible from unit. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc. A background check for each guest is required and a lease rental agreement must be signed because of rental laws in California.

Excellent, communicative hosts. Suite is perfect for couples visiting the area. Easy access to San Francisco and the beaches. Pacifica is a cool little town. Very laid back. Backyard has an unbelievable view of the ocean and mountains. Our son lives nearby and we'll stay here when we visit.

Fell in love with the pictures of this place immediately, and let me tell you, they dont do it justice! Not only was the view breathtaking, Mike and Charlene were so kind and welcoming, were easy to communicate with, and left clear instructions. They even left us a sweet note and a bottle of wine for when we arrived. The space was clean and comfy, and they had it stocked with all the little ammenities and important things. They thought of everything! Long story short, one of the best experiences we have had -- do yourself a favor and book it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pacifica. It was a great little apartment and very clean. The view from the backyard was even better than I expected -- stunning. The succulent garden is amazing. Great communication with hosts about everything. Would highly recommend.

The location of this humble abode was absolutely breathtaking! The view was stunning, the accommodation was a perfect size for my partner and I who were celebrating my birthday. The hosts were extremely kind and even left us a nice bottle of wine! Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you for having us we had the best time at your beautiful space! We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in San Francisco!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend. Mike and Charlene were very very nice and excellent hosts! The property was beautiful and the room was nice, clean, and modern. The location was also great, it was super close to everything. We drove 10 minutes max to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in this area again! 10/10!!

Great location with a lovely view of the ocean. The unit is clean, modern, and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is well appointed for making coffee, breakfast, or even a larger meal. The property is breathtaking - Charlene's succulent garden is unbelievable. She even gave us a tour upon request. Mike and Charlene are excellent hosts who engage when asked but also give you the space you need to enjoy their unique and beautiful property. Pacifica is a nice spot to stay. Close to San Francisco to see the sights or take a drive down the coast to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Pacifica has excellent hiking, restaurants, and beaches. MIke gave us excellent recommendations which we enjoyed tremedesly. We will be back.

The owner was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Property was as-described and good for a single or couple. Convenient access to the beach, restaurants and and to San Francisco. Our son lives nearby and this was our home base while we were visiting. We'll stay here again.

Rented this property for a four day stay in March. It was our first time visiting California. The property is located in a safe residential area and very close to the airport, San Francisco, Santa Cruz and the beautiful coast. The apartment was private, very clean and had all the amenities that we could ever possibly need. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom/shower was great and there was street parking but we always had a spot right in front of the house. The view in the backyard was breathtaking Mike the property owner was very responsive and courteous. He had a bottle of wine, chocolate and a note for my birthday! Highly recommend!
