THINGS TO KNOW Parking passes and wristbands are to be purchased upon arrival at the HOA office or ahead of time via the link provided in your confirmation email (wristbands are free for children under the age of 5). Golf carts are not permitted on the property unless registered to an owner. Beach chair service rentals are available from March through October for an additional on-site fee. Free high speed internet/WiFi is available, but that service can be limited at times due to higher occupancy Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Love everything about it, but the only thing was it had listed certain amenities like shuffleboard and mini golf which the office didn’t provide. I’ve been to other condos and the office provided the game items to play. They just said that it was the actual property manager than provided that which I didn’t see in the condo. So, my son was disappointed. That was kind of the reason I chose that condo because all of the amenities.

Loved this condo. It was clean and quiet. Easy access to the beach and a couple of restaurants close by. Plenty of linens, decently stocked supplies in the kitchen, full size fridge/freezer and stove/oven made eating on a budget so much easier. Will definitely stay again!

Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Washer did not work so we called Vacasa. We were told nobody would enter unit without calling us. They never called but came on in anyway. Couldn’t fix washer so we spent a couple hours each day of our vacation time at local laundry facility. Not quiet how anyone wants to spend their vacation! Vacasa offered a $25 per day credit for this but a week after checking out, still haven’t seen it. I would highly discourage anyone from dealing with Vacasa. They are unresponsive and don’t do what they say!

It is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Panama City, however it is not fair to not let your clients know about a 20 dollars armband

Over all, we enjoyed our stay here! One thing I would highly suggest to the property manager is to include a property map with the check in instructions!! It’s a large complex with A Lot of buildings! Gate code does Not require a # sign after 4 digit code; if you try this too many times it will lock up the key pad!! That said, we did enjoy the unit! Right across from the beach, and easy access to Hwy 79. All the appliances were new, and nice clean towels and linens. Grocery right up on front beach road just a few minutes away. Would def stay here again!

The condo is decorated nicely and well appointed. The place is close to one of the pools in the complex and close to the beach access too. The kitchen has nice appliances and the A/C kept the place nice and cool. Breakfast on the balcony was a nice habit to get into. I liked how the complex was gated and we always felt secure. The owner has some nice little touches available like a place to work on your laptop if you need to catch up on work stuff. (Note: you have to bring your own laptop, it’s only a monitor, computer desk and power strip). Lastly, it was clean and smelled great when we opened the front door. We will be back.

Wow! Very nice condo for 3-4 people comfortably without having to pull out the sofabed. Tastefully decorated / beachy fun theme. Provided things that I was not expecting like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc. that other condos have not provided to us previously. Very nice! The bunk beds really could use a touch more padding under them, and the master bed was not comfortable on my back (but might be great for others though). The keyless lock was fine, but a little confusing as to how it worked, but we figured it out. We have one at home of the same brand, but they functioning much differently. Really do recommend this unit though - nice, clean, spacious, good value.
