This spacious unit boasts a fully-equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living area. The balcony has incredible views of the Gulf and provides lots of natural light throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom. The living area offers a sleeper sofa couch and updated furniture for the ultimate luxurious feel. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. Laketown Wharf Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than to experience the beach across the street. Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee A one-time fee of $86.97 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in. * Children of all ages are welcome. * Children 18 and above will be charged as adults at this property. * Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars. * Business Tax Receipt (BTR) #54392 An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room dirty, facility dirty, unsafe party place, not family friendly, stains all over mattresses, no sheets or blankets, lights out, marjuana residue all over patio, reached out to host and nothing was fixed or resolved during our stay. Had to clean the facility when we got there for my 4 small children some that crawl.

Everything was perfectly amazing for our trip! Mh family enjoyed the condo. The view was being. We had plenty of room. Any questions I had Aneliya was quick to answer. Walk to the beach is a walk but it's not bad!

I want to book this EXACT place everytime I come , that's how great it was . Literally everything is nearby , beach is 3 minutes away . The place is very clean and feels like home .

This was a last minute trip for New Years as our plans got canceled due to, you guessed it, Covid. The Unit is nice, beautiful view of the beach. My only issues were with the stains on the box spring in the master bedroom, it and the mattress need replacing, not uncomfortable, just older. There was also no broom, it was requested that we don't bring sand up from the beach, but even though you can try, the outdoor showers either weren't working or didn't have enough pressure to really remove the sand, and I wasn't able to sweep it up. Other than those minor things, we would definitely be back! Communication with Aneliya was amazing, we decided to stay an extra night and she was extremely accommodating. All in all a wonderful, last minute trip! Thank you, Aneliya and the wonderful staff at LTW, we truly enjoyed it!

Though picking up the access passes was a strange scavenger hunt, the unit is nice. It needs an update, and the TV situation is a challenge. We would probably not rent the unit again.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of room. Cable system a bit confusing in living room to watch a game but nothing like watching tv in bed! Walk to beach is minor since its across the street, just bring a cart for your items, but remember to watch your step in the walkways!

This was terrible. There was “white” stains on bedding. We had to have cleaning people come in right when we checked in to clean the bathroom. It had hair in it. Kitchen pots and pans were gross. The sheets did not even fit the bed. And the elevators were so slow it took me 15 minutes to get to the lobby the day we were leaving. Not worth my money. Not worth the stay. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable to the point I would wake up in pain from the bed. Nothing like the pictures for the place we stayed. Besides the view on balcony. They last was nice but I do not think she has actually been in the place. I had to get a tide washer cleaning packet to clean the washer before we even used it. It was yellow. The master bedroom trim was cracked as if someone had the door shut and someone tried to break down the door. Tried to stay out of the room as much as possible. But was not clean.

Enjoyed the condo! Will stay again! Only issue was the bedroom tv would consistently say welcome and not show us any channels which is not your fault. I understand how the cable companies can be a pain! Most of all the condo was very very clean!!! With Covid out here I was very impressed! Other guess that went down with us complain about their rooms but ours was super clean!!! Thank you!!

Check in process to the condo is convenient. The drive way into the resort itself is awkward. The condo is large. You get both views of the lake and ocean. Kitchen is full stocked. Tastefully decorated. The AC unit is really loud. So loud that my children didn’t sleep in the bunk bed area. The bathrooms are big. There are grills on the property. The host is amazing. She emailed simple instructions. Even at check out. It was so easy. I’d rent with this host again just because she’s great with communication.
