Located in Sunset Cliffs, this charming cottage for $371 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: Welcome to our cute, private, quiet guest house known as The Avocado Hut. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a full kitchen and a wonderful private outdoor space (as well as adjacent parking). We’ve set you up with all the supplies you need to enjoy the beach! Just pack vacation clothes and enjoy the local life! Peace and Love. The Space: This is a wonderful, cozy two bedroom guesthouse. It is set up for vacationing travelers (but is also ideal for longer term stays as well). There is a private outdoor space, great for entertaining or just enjoying your morning coffee. You have an assigned parking space just behind the guesthouse off the alley. Once you park you enter the private yard that is centered on a gorgeous avocado tree. Sunny San Diego is all about the weather so we spared no expense to make the outside the place to be (note the wifi works just as well out here as inside!). Once you enter the home you are treated to a king bed, queen bed and sofa bed to accommodate up to 5 guests. A complete kitchen (full oven and gas stove, microwave, blender, and toaster) as well as an in-unit washer/dryer make this guesthouse a perfect complement to your visit to San Diego. Note: if you are a fan of Dakota Johnson's kitchen this is the place for you. The Neighborhood: This home is on the Point Loma Peninsula with the harbor and fishing on one side and the beach life on the other. With only a half mile walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, this location allows you to live amongst the locals and walk into the excitement. A private yard space allows for a nice relaxing stay at home while you BBQ up a fresh catch right before walking to the top of the block to catch a 180 degree view of the San Diego sunset over the pacific (you can also head up early in the AM and catch the sunrise as it lights up downtown San Diego, the harbor, and the Coronado bridge.) Getting Around: A locals guide will be provided upon arrival to the Avocado Hut. We’d promote you walk the neighborhood and of course we will highlight the places you will not want to miss! With sunset cliffs walk being one of the top 10 most romantic spots in San Diego, you’ll be right on your way Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost for over 10 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise. in a pinch, the owners are on-site and reside in the main house if you have an urgent need.

This rental needs some TLC. Needs a fresh coat of paint in each room and some new area rugs The closet and dresser had games and videos that either needed to be relocated or reorganized because it limited storage as we were there for 10 days!The cleaning people did not do such a good job before we checked in. The owner who lives on the property was Awedome and prompt0 with some requests we had!

Everything was great except the hot tub didn’t work which was a disappointment and would have been nice to know prior to our stay. Other than that one thing - we had a wonderful time and it made a great nap time/home base for us for the week. Thank you!

We booked 6 nights for a family trip and attend our daughter graduation from UCSD. Booking process, checking in and out were easy. Aaron was very prompt in his communication. Although we did not use the hot tub, it was clean and properly serviced. Great location, just a few miles from Ocean Beach. Quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful place in an amazing location! The communication with Vacation Rentals by Aaron was instantaneous. We were in San Diego for the sudden passing of my sister, and we returned after a difficult day to flowers and a bottle of wine from the hosts. An incredibly thoughtful and unexpected gesture. I would recommend The Avocado Hit to anybody and will stay here again in a heartbeat,

Very nice stay. Communication was flawless and Aaron was incredibly helpful. The property was smaller than we considered but overall roomie enough for our family of four. We did not stay indoors much. Air conditioner was helpful but you need to keep all bedroom doors open and fans on. The fridge was not very clean. Other than that a great stay.

The Hut is as pictured; two bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a great place for a couple handing out at the beach all day! The Master is a King size bed - FYI Master has no TV (my husband was not thrilled). The second bedroom has a double size mattress and a TV. This place is perfect for two/three people who do not plan on being at the property much. The bedrooms as a good size but the dining/kitchen/living room is basically a small studio. For a family of 4 (two teens) it was too small to hang out. So when we were there we were laying in bed. The dining room cart table is good for the space but too small to eat at. They had just put in Air conditioning. However the air did not reach the bedrooms and the fans were just pushing around warm air while we slept. Overall we had a good stay. Thank you for sharing your property.

House was very nice with great location and parking. I think a more comfortable furniture in Living area would be nice. Closet or wardrobe would be nice in one bedroom that is without hanger space plus a full length mirror. A little more cooking equipment.. but we were all woman staying so that us what we think. but other than that a fabulous place. Outside space was wonderful and even got to eat an avocado off the tree... how cool is that?

Super location, was great place for me backyard mostly shade being allergic to the sun this worked out perfectly. Great communication throughout stay. Would definitely recommend the Avacodo Hut for a nice and convenient place to stay.
