Quiet time hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. • The Space • This home is mostly set up for our guests with a few personal items in closets and garage. There are quite a few items in the pantry, feel free to use anything you need out of it but please don't take anything home with you. As mentioned we have a private, heated pool. Which means it is heated enough to take off some of the chill. It won't be as warm as an indoor heated pool. The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool, or anywhere on the property. If you experience any problems with the pool, (i.e. water is unusually low or very cold etc) please don't attempt to fix it yourself. Feel free to reach out to us and we can assist. There is a grill as well as some pool toys available! • Guest Access • All areas on the property are available for guests minus the back half of the garage where we have some personal items. Siesta Beach is 8.6 miles and Lido Beach is 6.5 miles from this home. There is enough space to park 4 vehicles under the carport awning, 1 car may park in the left side garage (the right-side garage door is not accessible for guests), and then the circle drive has plenty of space available as well. • Neighborhood Overview • It is located on a quiet street and about 8 miles to the local beaches, Siesta Key and Lido Key. Pinecraft Amish Village is about 2 miles away, and Downtown Sarasota about 5 miles. • Getting Around • Free parking on premises. Feel free to use the front garage and all spaces under the carport and on concrete drive. Please don't park in the lawn or anywhere off of the drive. If you don't have a vehicle we recommend getting around with Uber and Lyft. • Guest Interaction • Randy, our Property Manager is available via VRBO/HomeAway messaging. He will help with any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay. • Other things to note • There is a grill as well as some pool toys available!
