Situated in Leavenworth, this attractive condo for $177 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located one mile from downtown Leavenworth and across the street from the NEW Leavenworth Adventure Park, this 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit has it all! Your group can spread out, relax, and feel comfortable sleeping 8. Please read the entire listing before booking. Thank you for looking! The space This ground floor condo unit is 1 of a 4-unit building, and yours to enjoy in its entirety. • Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3, cookware, utensils and spices • Ample seating for guests at the dining table • Primary bedroom – 1 king bed • 2nd bedroom – 1 queen bed • 3rd bedroom – 1 queen bed • Living room – 1 queen sleeper sofa • 2 full bathrooms • Patio area w/BBQ • Washer & dryer in unit • Laundry soap, towels and linens provided • Free, secure Wi-Fi • 4 A/C units - 1 wall-attached unit in the main living/dining/kitchen area and 1 portable unit in each of the 3 bedrooms Guest access The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated. No meeting for keys, just arrive at the condo! We are real people with real jobs just like you! Other things to note - All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) - 8 people max - No pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave. - We have stocked the condo with many items including a “starter kit” of paper products. Guests who plan to stay for longer than 2-3 days will most likely need to supply their own once the starter kit runs out. - Be respectful of quiet hours, the other building tenants and surrounding neighbors. - No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. - Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, and zip locks are not provided. - By confirming your reservation, all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.

Six high school friends (now in our 60’s) had a girls get-away. This condo was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Leavenworth is a great place to have a get-away of any kind. The condo was close to town and very comfortable and clean.

The property was clean and had all amenities that were listed. We don’t watch much TV but noticed it was a little slow with the internet. We were only there at night, otherwise we were out in the town. Great little place, would stay again!

This property is a great way to stay in Leavenworth. It's quiet and also just a short trip into the main town. The property was clean and the perfect size for 6 people to sleep, relax, cook, etc. We took advantage of the kitchen have pots and pans and appliances so we could cook most nights that we were there. Overall, we had a great time staying there and would highly recommend.

It was hard to find a VRBO with 3 bedrooms that the 3rd bedroom wasn't bunkbeds. We had a king and two queens. The beds were nice and comfy. The place was immaculate, very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with what we needed. Truly impressed with owners quick response to my questions.
The only thing was the chairs at the dining table were okay to sit on for mealtime, but we wanted to play games all night and there were not comfy.
We ended up playing at the coffee table.
However, most people are not vacationing to play a marathon night of games so dont let that hold you back. This is a 10 out of 10 VRBO, comfy dining room chairs would of made it a 12.

I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and Maggie's condo was tip top when it comes to cleanliness. It was tastefully decorated with just enough games to keep my crew of 5 kiddos entertained during some downtime after exploring Leavenworth. The green space between the condos was fun for running around to burn off extra energy, too. The mile walk to town was doable with a combo of US 2 and side streets down though Enchantment Park and the waterfront trails. Overall the place was pleasant and quiet, enough space for our group of 7, and we would happily stay again. Thank you!

Perfect accommodation for two couples, a teen and an infant. We had all the space we needed, and everything was immaculate. Very clean and well appointed. We easily made almost all of our meals there. Convenient location to hiking, shops, and really any points of interest!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The kitchen and dining area were great for the two dinners we prepared. Everything we needed was right there. The dining table also was great for playing games which took up a big part of our stay. We were sorry to be leaving after just two nights. Great place for cleanliness, comfort and conveniently located.

The property was perfect. We were very close to town and within easy walking distance. We arrived an hour early and they were so sweet to let us enter the condo early. The washer and dryer were available and soap was provided. The dryer took about four cycles to get towels dried, but at least they dried! The kitchen was great! The only thing that was not ideal was the mattress on the pull out couch. It wasn’t very comfortable. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work. It wasn’t that big of a deal so I didn’t contact the host. I know if I would have the response would have been quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Very happy, will go again. I'm glad they plowed ASAP after 11 inches of snow. We acually liked the mile walk in the snow to downtown. We made it to safeway gasstation but then had to chain up to get out of unplowed safeway lot.

Great weekend spent with family . Wonderful to find a place with 3 bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Leavenworth did not disappoint! Would recommend booking this location.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cozy and spacious. We watched movies and enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. We took the cutest pictures of my grand baby in front of the Christmas tree in the living room. The only regret is, I wish I booked an additional night. Thank you and see you next year!
