Originally I was thrown off because it was run by a reality company but once I figure out the extras like paying for linens, and bed making, and early entry services it was okay. The master was decent size. The 2nd guest room was pretty small and very limited closet space but good at keeping sound out. The kids slept in the bunkbed room. I had a 4 year old and 17 month old. I could fit my travel pack & play (smaller than full size) in the room with bunk beds. It did block the closet. Kitchen had more than enough kitchen ware to cook, eat, and enjoy. We loved the pool. The beach is close by but know it is a walk and the beach stairs stop so you are walking through sand. My parents were older and had a harder time traversing the path. We did go to the beach near the Avon Pier to give them a break. Avon pier is free parking and less than 5 mins away. Save your self time and grab foodlion togo order. The grocery store is crazy on sat when most people arrive. We truly enjoyed our time and having this home bring us new beach memories. We would go again and rent again.

Don’t book this house. Slumlord beach house.
Don’t book this house. Slumlord beach house.
When we first pulled up we immediately knew that the online photos made this place look way better than it is. At the top of the stairs there’s a few loose deck boards. Be careful! When you get to the main front door there’s a nice rusty broken spring and chain hanging to smack you in the face. There’s a handwritten note on the fridge explaining how to light the stove because it doesn’t work properly. Go by the Wi-Fi Info listed on the fridge. The Wi-Fi info the reality company will send you is wrong. There aren’t any real over head lights. Everything is lamps with random chords hanging everywhere which is great with small children. Bathroom toilets don’t flush for anything so we went to ace and bought a plunger for the house. Your welcome! The mattresses are the cheapest thing we have ever slept on. You can feel the springs in your back. We slept on the couches most nights. Almost all of the ac vents in the ceiling are rusty and the grates and the sheet rock have what looks like black mold spores growing on them. The paints peeling of the ceilings almost everywhere. We found 2-3 water bug/roaches almost daily. The floor is extremely soft by the side door in front of the washer and dryer and even worse in the master bedroom. I could have easily pushed my foot through to outside. Don’t stay here. We left a day early and avoided being at the house as much as possible because it just pissed me off so much. We have stayed here in 8 different homes the past 8 years and all others have gotten 5star reviews. Not this slum. Spend your money elsewhere. I also have pictures of everything mentioned above.
