Cute three bedroom house with large backyard in the Chico Avenues which is a nice quite neighborhood walking distance to downtown and Chico State. Chico charmer built in 1955. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached to it. Large living space and beautiful back yard. When staying here you will have access to the entire house which include the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer. I am a former computer science student at Chico State and am now a software engineer at a local firm. I am happy to socialize when I am around and answer any questions about the area you have. Everyday between 11am and 3pm there is a possibility that my house cleaner or I will come in to grab a spare set of sheets and towels for the guest house on the property.
