GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days. • The residence is decorated with modern art by Miami-based artists. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
