The house is in a quiet setting and it gives you the feeling of being at home. It is listed for 6 people as there is a Trundle bed and sunroom with a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances; gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, large sink, and the kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook or eat in. New high-efficiency central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house keeps you comfortable during your stay. For the business traveler, there is an office in the sunroom which includes access to a computer, wifi, and printer. Convenient if you need to attend conferences/events zoom meetings during your stay. The house is within walking distance to ABQ Uptown, Coronado Center, an expansive shopping and dining destination. Will definitely stay here again! My friend and I were in ABQ for work and this rental is really conveniently located. There is a huge mall 3 min away, a Target 5 min away, a Whole Foods 10 min away, etc. It took us no more than 15-ish min to get to work downtown as well. The house is cozy, has lots of communal space, and a nice backyard. The neighborhood is safe as well!

Communication was excellent and it was very clean! After a long day driving, it was nice to have some room to spread out. The property was spacious and allowed us to do that. The one thing that was a drawback for us was that the twin mattresses were terrible and not really suited for an adult. If a child were sleeping on them, it probably wouldn't be a problem. Traveling with our adult daughters, it was. Other than that, the property was what we needed for our overnight stay.

My family and I came to Albuquerque to help my daughter move into her college dorm. This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for me and all of my teenagers. Thomas was great with keeping in communication! We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit.

We were in town for a concert and the location was a few blocks from Coronado Mall and Cheesecake Factory-yum! The concert venue was at Isleta Ampitheatre and we were able to get on the interstate easily for the approx 20m minute drive. Overall, a great stay!

When we arrived on a very hot day, it was so nice to walk into such a cool, clean, comfortable house. The pictures don’t convey how spacious the home is. We found everything we needed for our short stay, and really appreciated finding some basic amenities (shampoo, laundry soap) to get us started. Quiet safe neighborhood, and good communication with the owners. Recommended.

The house was well taken care of, beautifully maintained and furnished, and very comfortable to stay in. We had a great time using it as "home base" to explore Albuquerque. If we come back, we will certainly look to see it it is available again. Proximity to places to go is wonderful, nothing is far away.

The yard was perfect for the dogs! And we loved the master suite, huge windows to see into the yard! Spacious house and super clean. It’s in an older neighborhood, but it’s quiet and we had no problems at all!

The design makes this house much larger than the square footage. The thermostat is tricky and the master bedroom tv doesn't work but other than that it was perfect.

We stayed here overnight on our way through town. We had everything we needed. The house was very clean. Our dogs were welcome and they even had little bowls out for them! Great communication with owner.

The house was perfect! I actually felt that the property looked better in person than on the listing! The kiddos and dog loved the back yard! Everyone has plenty of space to do their own thing. The master bed is a memory foam mattress and was rather firm so if that’s not your thing then maybe opt for one of the other rooms. I would certainly recommend this property!

This home was nicely decorated, updated and spacious with a great yard for our dog. Although it was just me, my husband, and our dog, it has plenty of space for a family. Thomas, the host, was very responsive if we needed anything. Great place-great time--thanks!

The property had everything you could ever need, and then some. A little bit of something for everyone. Entertainment, appliances, laundry, linens, garage parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to spread out. The beds were memory foam and VERY comfortable; no tossing and turning at all!! The location was amazing. Nice neighborhood near shopping and dining, which we took full advantage of. Thomas checked in on us a couple of times, which was nice to know the owner was thinking about us. We would absolutely rent again, and hope the property is available whenever we decide to come back to visit family.

Clean comfortable single level/family home. Clean bathrooms. Clean kitchen. Decent square footage for 3-4 adults or a family. Exercise equipment was nice to have and we used it and it works great. We used the bbq grill provided, propane was provided too. Wifi worked great for multiple devices. Washer and dryer worked great. There is a garage and remote is provided so you can park in the garage. Great location and there is nothing weird around it. It’s a regular house in a regular subdivision with like houses up and down the streets. Safe and quiet. Thomas, owner, was very communicative and pleasant.
